Id rate the quality and service as…

Id rate the quality and service as excellent.
However would like that there is a system implemented if there are delays with the order as I had to message and ask what has happened with my order as I didnt know when it was going to be delivered. However they responded quickly, professionally and apologised for delay due to stock shortages.
Overall im pleased with the product, it feels high quality, loading bolts in magazines is a bit finicky, but not end of the world.
Bare in mind I havent used it yet, but looking at everything, I cant see it breaking easily. May do another review if when I use it and its not up to par.

I placed my order at the busiest time…

I placed my order at the busiest time of the year but Superguns still fullfilled my order within their delivery window.. Well done guys!!! Although I had a discrepency in my order the matter was sorted quickly and without any quibbliing.
All in all a good company to do business with and I will use them again in due course.

Don’t let the negative comments sway you.

After placing my order on 27/12/2025, I read through some of the negative comments about this company and started to doubt whether or not I would receive my order. On 28/12/2025, I realised I had ordered the wrong product and emailed requesting the order to be cancelled and my money refunded.

Due to the Christmas period, the company was not open until 2/1/2026. However I very quickly received an email on 2/1/2026 confirming the order had been cancelled and a refund processed.

I have received the refund today 4/1/2026. Overall my experience was positive, good customer service and communication. Would use again should I need anything but unfortunately they do not sell the product I was actually wanting.
