Bought Yale UPVC window handles the price was far cheaper than any I’ve found previously, my order was delivered on time and in good condition. Having replaced 2 handles last year I decided to replace with new product, ordered them Sunday received them Monday. Excellent products and service will definitely use again.

Shame about the delivery
great product's the skirting and architrave are excellent, but I'm afraid it's let down by it's delivery, I waited 9 days for delivery and at a cost of £25 for postage it's a bit steep, in comparison I ordered 9 packs of laminate flooring from Wickes delivered the next day for £4, well sorry no comparison.

I have mixed feelings about this
I have mixed feelings about this - and I feel that their courier company let me down. But I was out of pocket as a result. I ordered a standard off the shelf panel in plenty of time for a local glazer to fit for me. The courier (£7 extra paid for this) came to the door but didn’t ring the bell. We rearranged delivery - marked as delivered but no sign. I spoke to customer service who arranged another delivery - so I rebooked my glazer. Then on the day it was due I was told the courier was returning it to the supplier. They have refunded me for the panel - but I’m out of pocket for the glazer - I suggested they could make a payment to a charity to off set this which was not acknowledged.
Their attitude of us “both” being let down by the courier doesn’t wash with me. They chose the courier and I’m the one out of pocket - so avoid them in my opinion.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Easy to order, extremely fast delivery and immediate response when I contacted them, as I had ordered the wrong thing!

Brilliant quality at amazing prices
Went to a DIY store to buy some windows handles they said they only had 2 in stock so I left them they were priced at £7.98 each for the cheapest ones.
Lucky they only had 2 in stock,as I got home I looked up on the website and came across truly PVC they sold Yale lock handles for £2.11 each so I bought 10 which I would have bought from the DIY store.i saved a lot of money for a much superior brand and quality handle.wow I didn't realise they would be that cheap for such a quality item.
They arrived real quick and I replaced all my window handles.
Well done Truly PVC .
Brilliant quality at amazing prices.

Amazing service
Amazing service. The Yale key I ordered is an original key - it fits perfectly and was a third the price of the Yale website where I have previously ordered. Add to this I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on the Monday - unbelievably quick. Communication was also great. Top service and would willingly recommend and use again.
