Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're really sorry that eight of your candle glasses were damaged in transit and that only a box of six was sent as a replacement. We apologise that this wasn't resolved correctly in the first instance.
We're pleased to hear that everything else with your order was good, but we completely understand your disappointment regarding the replacement. One of our customer service advisors will be in contact with you shortly to arrange the remaining replacement glasses and ensure this is put right.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Reliable supplier, great quality fragrance oils
I've been ordering from Supplies For Candles for a while now and they consistently deliver. The fragrance oils are high quality and perform really well in my soy wax candles and wax melts. Ordering is straightforward, dispatch is prompt, and everything arrives well packaged. As a small handmade candle business, having a dependable supplier makes a big difference — SFC ticks all the boxes. Would recommend to any candle maker.

Very poor collection experience
Unfortunately, an extremely unsatisfactory experience, ordered 1kg of beeswax for collection, as I live about a mile away. Wished I'd just had it delivered, as when I went to collect the package, the gentleman who spoke to me was really unpleasant and accused me of being aggressive, which I mostly definitely was not. I understand this is not a shop and customer service would not be a priority when collecting from a warehouse however, how I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I called customer service straight away to report it and my mobile number and email address was noted and I was told that they would look into it, but sadly no one has got back to me, so feel totally let down. I know it was only a small order, but I'm extremely shocked that people think they can talk to people in this way. I'm disappointed to not be able to leave a more positive review, as I can see most customers seem to have had a great experience, but unfortunately I was not the recipient of same.
