Poor packaging fragrances leaked on 5KG of Wax, Poor Customer Service, parcel not delivered I had to collect it myself - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- AVOID!!
If I could rate them a 0 I would, I had a horrific experience from start to finish. I placed an order of over £130, I ordered x2 bags of wax, fragrances, dyes etc. The first issue is the courier did not deliver my parcel although I paid £7.99 for next day delivery. They left my parcel at a drop off point and I had to carry the heavy box with 10kg of wax myself back home, this company did not reimburse my delivery costs even though the service was not fulfilled, not even for a gesture of good will. The absolute greed will be their downfall. Upon inspection of the parcel, the items were NOT properly packed in particular the fragrances, no care was taken to pack my order, everything was just dumped in a box - none of the fragrances was wrapped. One of the fragrances leaked on one of the 5KG waxes, contaminating the wax so I can't use it. I'm BEYOND LIVID!! The icing on the cake is their non existent, lack there of customer service, no remedy or solution offered on their end - THEY JUST DON'T CARE. They're absolutely TERRIBLE. I do not recommend them as a supplier, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

In some respects, this is a repeat of previous reviews on the same product which I have used for many years; C3 soy wax consistantly produces the candles I require for resale. The value for money, service and delivery from SFC is as good as ever.
