It's such a relief to have a test that measures antibodies produced, so I clearly know what is causing inflammation. The followup call was brilliant at telling me what the test does and doesn't measure, and I'm REALLY looking forward to getting my food plan to heal my gut once and for all.

From doing this simple blood test I've learnt so much about my body and its intolerance to certain food groups. I have suffered ongoing joint pain in my knees for which I have had numerous tests - finally I have some answers and so I am looking forward to eliminating this inflammation once and for all. The follow up telephone consultation is such a good idea because when the results landed there were so many questions that need addressing. I found Kieran really helpful, easy to talk to and reassuring.

It was great to be able to do a simple blood test to find out what food tolerances I had many years after tests as a child. I can now cut out those foods, which cause me a number of issues such as bloating and fatigue and hopefully loose a little bit of weight at the same time. The pack gives you all the information to do the test and this is followed up with a comprehensive report.

I was impressed that you could also request a tailored food plan with recipes on how to make it. This was also included in the price. I also had a telephone call with the dietitian Angelina who went through the results and gave me different food alternatives.

There are often money off vouchers available and I would highly recommend this service.

I found this company incredibly helpful. From testing to results and follow up. I was a bit daunted by my results as they showed I was intolerant to gluten (which I suspected), cows milk and egg white as well as some nuts, but Catalina gave me some good tips for swaps and some nice ideas on my meal plan. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking to find out your food intolerances. After just a week I am feeling better.

Didn’t have a great experience with the self blood sampling initially. However, they called me noticing the issue and offered a few solutions how to get the blood to them.

So far, I notice very thoughtful and caring team behind. Looking forward to get the full analysis soon too.
