Our service connects customers with licensed healthcare professionals who evaluate and issue Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation in accordance with applicable federal housing guidelines. These documents have been successfully used by thousands of individuals across the United States for housing accommodation requests.
Regarding the billing claim, we do not offer any item or service that charges monthly. All purchases on our platform require customers to complete our questionnaire, receive approval, and then proceed to checkout by voluntarily providing their payment information.
We previously reached out requesting the reviewer’s full name, email address, phone number, and order details so we could properly investigate the situation, but we did not receive a response.
As a result, we were unable to locate any account or order matching this review.

Service was quick and easy! I’ve tried another company and it was awful! Harley (My Dog) is very important to me! I work with the elderly and some days are extremely hard! Harley feels it and gets me through it! I was recommended by a friend. Geneva was very pleased as well!

Attempt to double bill
I paid for my order, in a couple days I started getting emails from Support Pets saying my credit card was declined and that I needed to pay again. I checked with my credit card company and the payment had been processed. I emailed them to inquire because you cannot actually speak to anyone, they never answered. I disputed the charge with my credit card and then the company got back to me saying card was processed, but they gave a refund and wanted me to pay again.
