I have ordered the 3kg bundle on 17th june with a promise of delivery date on 28th and today is 7th and I jave stopped getting any response frok them at all. When I tried flagging the issue in their posts , they started deleting the comments and others comments as well who had the same issue. I want a full refund on the product and they've been unresponsive since then
To all the other people out there, from my true experience never buy anything from this brand at all. Trust me you'd better buying something else rather than this
Ordered 3 kg protein powder from SUPR and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
1. Order was delivered after almost 15 days.
2. Tried contacting customer support through email multiple times — no reply for the last 10 days.
3. My order included free goodies: cookie box, tote bag, shaker, and sipper. I received only the sipper.
4. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they are offering just 20% off on the next order.
Very unprofessional service and false promises. Customers should be careful before ordering.
I placed my order on 9th March, and despite a few tracking updates, I still haven’t received it. The website clearly mentioned a 6–7 day delivery timeline, which is far from what I’ve experienced.
This kind of delay without proper communication is very disappointing. There’s no clarity on when the product will actually arrive, and it feels misleading to promise timelines that aren’t met.
Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing unless delivery timelines are made more transparent and reliable.
