First of all thank you for your postive feedback and also for your honesty and telling us what you did not like.
Ufnortunately there is not much we can do about customs from our side. Customs included shipping to Canada is not possible.
Also we would put the company in danger with tricks bypassing customs and always try to communicate this openly. Tax authorities in Germany are strict and we have declare everything rightfully.
Nevertheless I hope the prices are still attractive for Canadian customers and you will keep buying from us in the future.

Updated review.
I first must express my disappointment with the company's lack of communication regarding my recent album orders. Despite reaching out multiple times seeking clarification on the delayed delivery, I received no response until after I had become quite frustrated. However, I do commend the company for eventually reaching out to me personally and making an effort to rectify the situation, which I genuinely appreciated. As I am writing this I am still awaiting my shipment although it should arrive in the next 7- 10 days.

I have replied you March 10th that one vinyl version you have ordered was delayed in manufacturing by the originating label. Your order has left March 25th off to a destination around the world and is currently in transit from what I can see.
As you have received the feedback invitation you should have received the shipping information with a tracking link as well (March 25th).
