A bad delivery put right…
I recently tried to order a certain type of paint which seemed to be unavailable because of Covid 19. I tried a few firms all to no avail till I came upon Supremeplumb who said they had some but dispatch could be up to ten days but as I wasn't in any rush that didn't bother me I had planned my work ahead. I went to trust pilot to view their reviews but wasn't impressed so nearly changed my mind. The firm is in Blackburn and my wife came from there so I like to make my own mind up and went ahead and ordered. Well time passed and around day nine I began to worry because I hadn't heard from them so I rang and enquired when I was to expect the delivery and was told a certain delivery firm would be delivering in the next two days. Sure enough the delivery day and time came and although I didn't see the van arrive, as I was busy, I heard it come. Now this firm usually arrives in a cloud of dust drops the parcel takes a photo then leaves before the dust has settled. So as seconds passed I new something wasn't right so went to look what was happening and found a very beaten up box being arranged to look as good as possible for a photo. On seeing me he waved and knocked and left quickly. This was very unusual for this delivery driver so I went to open the box which despite its shape was covered in tape saying handle with care but had obviously not been. I carefully cut the tape and opened the box to find my ten litre tub of paint starting to leak. On inspection it looked like the tub had been dropped on the bottom corner and it had cracked about one third of the way round and up an inch allowing paint to seep out. The only reason it didn't happen quickly was due to the fact that supremeplumb had wrapped it so tightly with handle with care tape it had stemmed the flow. It was an absolute disaster but not of supremeplumbs making as I am in no doubt it was a clumsy accident on the delivery of the paint. I took many photos and emailed immediately asking what supremeplumb wanted to do either send another out or return my money. They probably didn't have any more paint so the agreed to repay me. There was a small hassle with that but was put right as soon as it was brought to their attention.
So to sum up although I didn't get my paint I still feel that in no way was it any fault of theirs and they treated me very courteously and dealt fairly and quickly with what happened. Had the purchase been normal I couldn't of asked for more.

Had a problem in finding a batch of tiles that is now obsolete. Rang these guys as they claim to have it. They only had one box remaining which is the amount I needed to finish the job. Not what I expected as I read the reviews previously hence I was skeptical about them. Item arrived the day after the order was made. A++ cause they helped me in a bind.
Spent ages putting together an order
Spent ages putting together an order. Only to be told order has been cancelled due to a 6-8 week lead time on some items, I replied and said that's OK not hurry or just send what's available. No reply from company. Looking at other reviews on here I agree it's just a time wasting website. Maybe even dodgy and just after your details.

Made order 06.06 and until 21.06 was receiving just emails that item still hasn't arrived to them after they will post to me. Looks like as per older reviews they buying items from somewhere after they has order completed. Not worth to wait with no explanations.

I have a suspicion they only order stuff in when they get your order themselves (and have your money). When it arrived, it wasn't wasn't what II'd ordered, but they thought it was 'close enough'. It was rubbish. Sent it back at my own expense. Never received a refund. Cowboys. Avoid.

I wrote to the MD because of a poblem with an item they supplied. MD ignored my letter - a letter from a multi-disabled ex-serviceman - would have expected at least the curtesy of a reply. Won't deal with them again and recommend no-one else does either.

I bought a Dimplex electric fire from Supremeplumb and have been absolutely happy with the experience. This purchase needed me to phone the order through because they wanted to ensure that I had seen the fire before buying. After confirming that I had, they took details off me on Monday afternoon and the fire was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Perfectly packaged and all present and correct. Have not actually tried it yet as waiting to put it in place first. Just wanted to get this review on asap so that others will be confident when using the Company.
Poor communication for online orders
I ordered some paint online and got no email confirmation which had me worried. Anyway I waited over the suggested 7 working days before calling and they informed me that the product was not stocked so my order was on hold. I needed the paint this week and now i have no time to make another online order. When I asked why nobody had informed me they then claimed someone tried to call but there was no answer ( my mobile voicemail is always on). After cancelling the order, I was simply asked if there was anything else - no apology for the inconvenience!!

We were searching the internet for a specific sink and tap when we came across Supremeplumb. Their prices were great but we were sceptical so using trust pilot we researched the company which had great reviews regarding prices and delivery - so we took the risk. We ordered on the 2nd Nov and the products were delivery on the 4th. This was a completely painless transaction from beginning to end. we received emails and texts from the company and courier who gave us a one hour delivery slot (and options to change if not convenient) and they arrived within 15 minutes of the time slot. FANTASTIC service and best prices on the internet. Would recommend and use them again if we ever need to.
