Initially I had my reservations about this company as it's not well known, and we had seen the fire we wanted in a garden centre for £520, when I googled the fire, this company came up with a price of £373, which is a huge difference! So I tried to order online and when I couldn't click on the 'buy' button, I had to call the shop.A guy answered who was extremely professional and said I couldn't order online as it needed to be discussed because of the nature of the fire - so I paid him over the phone, still feeling uncomfortable as I had just passed over my card details... anyway, I had an email to say that I had placed an order, 2 days later a tracking email came and then a day later the fire arrived! We are very happy with our purchase and it works perfectly, I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy anything else from them.... and what a saving!!! Makes you realize how much other places are making out of us.....

Having surfed around for a good price on a Bristan tap I came across Supremeplumb. Initially I was a little hesitant about placing an order with a company I'd never heard of but they were offering the tap at £30 below the best price I'd found with 'bigger' companies. Placed the order on 2nd May and received it on 6th of May! Considering the dates covered a bank holiday weekend this was extremely fast and efficient.
Great price, great communication and fast delivery. Excellent !

I ordered a Dimplex electric fire which was very competitively price. Service was courteous and friendly and order confirmed by email with follow ups on delivery status.

I'd just like to say thank you. Yes, the order took a while to arrive, but just as well because I'd missed an item off my order.

So I emailed them and ask for it to be added to my order if it hadn't been dispatched yet. They emailed back saying that's OK and added it to the order, but they wouldn't let me pay the extra for it!

Small hiccup with the first parcel when the courier couldn't find the house, but once the driver knew where it was, no further problems.

I am very pleased with my new sink, and the service given when there was a problem with the delivery company was excellent. Can recommend.

Even though I messed up my card payment online, SupremePlumbing kept my goods ready and packed for many days until I rang in the correct details and I got them the next day.

Failure to supply is understandable. But failure to inform of lack of supply was disappointing

One of the products I ordered was incorrect. When I called to request a replacement, I was told the error was mine and I had ordered the wrong product. After further explanation that clearly stated Supreme plumb were the party to blame, I still didn't get an admittance of guilt, but I did get the incorrect part collected the next day and the right part send the day afterwards. In summary, I got want I ordered but the customer experience was a lot to be desired.

Shopped around and found supreme plumb to be the cheapest. Very happy with my genuine parts and delivered fast too. Can't recommend them enough. I will be using them again.

I ordered my item. I was told it was in stock. They took my money. 2 weeks later no delivery. Was given a ficticious track number. When i said it did not work they said royal mail had contacted them to tell them it had been lost in transit. And the number was voided as per RM policy. Then i got a sms to say item now in stock will be with me in next few days. They are in my opinion not nice to trade with under these conditions. Be carefull.

First time I've used Supreme Plumb. Chose them as they had my items in stock and close to the cheapest price of all suppliers. Delivered within a 1 hour slot by a 48-hour courier service. All fine. Couldn't be happier!
