This company is not a legit place. I never received my item that I ordered in February 2022. They don’t deserve any stars but you have to at least click one. Do not order from this place! You can’t get a hold of them and you will lose your money.

Never received my item and have emailed them with no response. This is a scam! Email is the only way to contact them. Definitely not legit and it is my mistake for not checking better. Don’t order anything from them!!!

Ordered a dress in Jan 2022 from this company, received a tracking number which was invalid. Emailed them and they sent a new one which ended up being delivered to a completely different province. They stopped replying to my emails after that, they are complete scammers.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue .
I have tried repeatedly to obtain a refund from a ¨¨ Professional Argan Oil Steam Hair Straightener ´´ Because i make this order june 2016 and today 26/03/2018 and i haved not recived anything !ORDER : RB428712069SG.
I just dont understand this service.I hope to hear back from this company @supremetrends.com i will be happy to have my money back because i will not acept wait more for this product.

I ordered and paid for goods in July 2017. I pad USD79. I followed up on numerous occasions and to date I have not received my goods and I have not received my refund. They have just stopped communicating with me. They are just crooks of note. Never again will i order from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Unprofessional treat. They sended a Hair Straightener (flat iron) that arrived damaged, defectuos. I turned it on for the first time and electric sparks came out of the on boton. Of course I contacted them reclaiming a refund and an explanation, and they asked me to send them a proof of the defectuos product (pictures and a clip). after weeks of not getting an answer, I contacted back and they kept saying they were dealing with my problem (mind you we exchaged many emails after the first one because I kept contacting them, and they always gave me the same answer) It's been a year, and I still don't have neither a refund or a new hair straightener.

This website and everyone associated with it is garbage.

I ordered something 5 months ago. 3 months ago I was promised by "Mavi" at Supreme Trends that if FOR ANY REASON my order did not arrive in 60 days I would get a full refund and a new order sent out to me free of charge.
Once those 60 days were up, I emailed them to get my due refund and new order, and Mavi continued to lie about "needing to bring my issue to the attention of a manager", and then ignoring me for 2 weeks, and then saying that they won't give me a refund because I got "such a good discount" on the original purchase, but I'm covered by a "money-back guarantee" if I'm unsatisfied with the product once it arrives. THEY KNOW FULL WELL IT WILL NOT ARRIVE.

Give me my money back you crooks.

Supreme Trends is below any stars, scam thieves. someone should be doing something about it. they should not be allowed to advertise or use any of the social media such as facebook...etc

Purchased the flat iron in July and nothing received.

Mavi seems like a real good person in her emails though - trying her very best to locate my parcel or recend another one if I don’t receive it within a certain period. Still hoping that I do

order from this company in July 2017 and this is now November 14, 2017 still have not received my purchase emailed they over 15 time and the tracking number does not exist. Was told to call my local post service, they have no such tracking number. I just want my monies back.

I have the same problem,ordered 3 mos ago ,having received nothing yet,there was no way to contact them,must be scam! I read a lot of bad reviews about this website and I wish I knew before I ordered,I think we all have to talk to law enforcement to track these bad people down so no women are gonna loose money no more!

The company does not exit! Do not buy anything from them! You money will be gone forever and you will be left with never ending emails from them saying your shipment is on the way. But there will never be a shipment!

I have waited 3+ months for a hair straightener from SupremeTrends the tracking number given does not work and this is the 3rd tracking number I have receivers I have had the exact same reply as an email. I asked for a refund and was replied with another email reguarding another tracking number that did not work!!! I still have not received my product or a refund 👎🏼TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have ordered a steam iron on supreme trends 2 months ago and have not received my product. Payment of over R1000 gone. No responses from all their email addresses. I am assuming i have been scammed!

I also ordered from them 3 months ago and have not received anything. Getting the same response as everybody else. The must be someway we can get our money back

I ordered a steam iron straightener 3 months ago and it was never shipped!!!! I have emailed asking where it is and keep getting told it’s in custom clearance and should be arriving soon!!! They provided a fake tracking number and have lied the whole time about my order being shipped!! They also refuse to refund my money!! Very bad company to deal with. Buyer Beware!!!
