COMPLETE SCAM!!! You think you are applying for a loan, but it's in fact some worthless debt/credit advice service that charges you £19.99 a month.
When you cancel it conveniently doesn't send an email to confirm it's been done.
Even though I cancelled it charged me again. Not that I even signed for it in the first place
Trying to contact them is just a bunch of AI generated responses like what I expect to respond to this...

Cancelled my account in December as I personally found the help didn't justify the cost, only for them to continue taking the payment the following month. Have requested refund but not holding my breath as they haven't even responded to my complaint almost 1 week later. Will be taking it further.
Updated: I finally received a reply from their "customer service" via Email 9 days later and surprise, surprise, it is just automated cr*p that has no relevance to my complaint at all, (pretty much the same automated response you see them replying to this review with). Even after pointing out AGAIN,that my complaint was about them taking further payments AFTER I cancelled the service, they replied with a "how to cancel" Email.
This is either a scam company, or a company with useless customer service that just sends automated replies to complaints in the hope they just go away. Either way, welcome to being reported to the relevant authorities for illegally taking money a month after cancellation.

The dark web scan was super helpful, but the questions to link my credit report were a bit difficult to answer. I eventually managed it, though.

I’m not sure whether to sign up for this. I actually applied for a loan with Cash Carrot and for some reason I was to accept the link they sent me with Sure Credit. I’m not sure how this gives me a loan with Cash carrot!

I have already cancelled a week ago my membership more times online and through phone, what they created secretly without my permission. On 17 November they used my bank account and charged me as a member again £19.99. On name Emma sent me an email today like as I am a member to help me secure a loan today. I don't want anything with them even not after cancellation. Parallel with Emma's email they charged me for £19.99. This is not a refund this is what they took from my bank account. I called customer service twice, spoke with two rude male staff to ask a refund. I told them send an email as proof you will refund my money. They said: No! And stopped to speak. So these two rude boy staff/agent said I wait for the refund while they charge for money and use my bank account without my permission? I am not a member but they force me to stay a member through my bank account. It means they will take money £19.99 forever?! Sure credit means they will sure use your bank account without your permission. They can't give you anything. In this way this is a phishing website.

Actual scam. Canceled literally the same day so I wouldn't get charged and yet they still took payments from my account which is now being disputed by the bank.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS
Update to your so called reply. You should really do your due diligence to check your systems. I did cancel the same exact day the free trial was taken out so you knew not to take any payments yet you did. Your customer service is a bag of balls with none of you able to give a straight answer and it looks like im not the only one

Scammers!
Applied for a loan and they took £19.99 out if my bank without my permission. Contacted them and they said not entitled to a refund as well as the payment being pending indefinitely so I cannot report it to the bank.
