I have been with sure thing insurance for the last 4 to 5 years insuring my car,they have been always helpful in getting me the best price for my insurance beating all the other insurance groups I have contacted,they are always pleasant and very helpful. None can beat there customer service.

Really helpful and made insuring my car easy

I have had countless problems with this company and their website.
I put in info on the site, and when the document arrive some of the info is missing. When you contact them to discuss this, they charge you £30 to make changes to the policy. Unbelievable. Your site is rubbish, and then your charge your client for your short comings.
Now that renewal was due, we decided to want to speak to someone with the hope they can assist us in understanding the policy. Turns out we were not insured driving to work? Seriously!!! What were we then insured for, for the car standing in the driveway at home? Unbelievable!
Went through the policy with the person as mentioned to understand the policy and to make changed now that it is renewed. Guess what? Them saying you can make changes within 7 days no charge is crap! They still charged me £30. And when I told them that this is unacceptable and that I would rather cancel for the service is shocking and are going to look elsewhere, they charge me £113 to get out of the contract. A renewed contract that is not even a week old. Again, UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Shocking service for a 1st world country. It feels like I'm back in South Africa where corruption is the norm. Shocking service!

Fabulous Company to do Business with

I was dissatisfied with my former Company (Haifax) Been with them for more than 3 years. Changing to Sure Thing, I saved more than 0ne-Third on what Halifax had wanted. Definitely a 'No Brainer' Excellent Value for Money & Brilliant Coverage. Definitely Recommend.
