My GSI board buckled after 20-30 sessions in 4-6 ft waves. It didn't hit the bottom. I called GSI customer service to find out what they'd do and they never called me back.

MOST AMAZING COMPANY EVER! My board had nothing wrong with it coming such a far distance! The package it came in was legit, took me about 15-20 minutes to get it undone, was very well secured. Free shipping and best prices. The staff was nothing but amazing and helped me finding the exact board I wanted. Brilliant company to deal with. Chatted to a really friendly bloke about board selection then after I ordered they got it out here to regional WA within 2 working days! Never had that happen with any online order before.
Board arrived all safe and sound and packaged beautifully. i had and email question for them and received a response back straight away. I've never put a review of anything before but this is a definite 5 star crowd.

Shipping was free and board came in 3 days. They responded to my questions via email in minutes and gave me a code for a free bag and leash. Would definitely recommend this site extremely reliable and good people who seem to care alot about customer service

I surfed the modern love child for the first time last week. The board surfed great and a caught about a dozen waves. When I came back in I noticed the board had compression in the top deck. I know this tends to happen to all boards as the age...but on the first surf! The day was mid sized mushy waves. I had no collisions or bad wipe outs. The compression is from popping up to my feet?! I'm guessing it is a
manufacturing defect. I contacted the place where i bought the board and the company claims this is a wear and tear issue. I followed up with the couple board repair shops on the coast they say this type of problem all the time with Global Surf Industry boards. They figure it is inexperienced workers over sanding the epoxy coat as they mass produce boards. Anyway...its all pretty disappointing. Lesson learned. I won't be buying from GSI again!

I have purchased two boards from GSI over the last three years. The first board is a SEAGLASS PROJECT ALBACORE FINLESS SURFBOARD and the second is a Meyerhoffer Slip In PE Shortboard. Both arrived undamaged but i did have a shipping issue with the seaglass board. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would diffidently purchase from GSI again.

I order a 7S surfboard but it went MIA however GSI was quick to replace a new board. I start work at 10am and don't get back till late in the night, so a delivery service that will deliver between a specific time would have been great.

There appeared a problem with the board I chose. It said it was on stock but it was not with the colours I chose. Those things happen, but they solved it and I was asked if I accept the same board in another color. That was fine with me and I received the board. So I´m Happy

I used the online chat to see if they had my board in stock before I purchased it. Placed my order straight away wednesday and received it friday. The best service ever and considering its near xmas I still got my paddle board before xmas.
Board was packed super well and no damage.
