I was a satisfied costumer and now i'm leaving.
I was using wireguard protocol to Belgium server.
Then, out of the blue, I started to get IP's that were blacklisted all across the internet, forncing me to restart connections to get a new non-blacklisted ip.
I got fed up of this and bought a dedicated IP just to find out there is no Belgium dedicated server and no multiple connections via wireguard.
I ended up on a dedicated IP in the Netherlands and changed all my setup to use multiple OpenVPN connections for my dedicated ip.
Now they are changing the IP and my OpenVPN setup on all devices need to be re-configured.
Asked for no changes, they say is not possible.
Asked for a refund, they told me 30 days after payment have passed.
I'll move to a dedicated VPS somewhere else and will make my own wireguard server.

I started a bit mad with the robot, but it sent me to a very helpful patient person in support. I had technical problems with a screenshot I should send her, but she waited with patience.
So in spite of my deficient English writing skills we solved the misunderstandings with a discount I was placed in view, but couldn´t get.

Thanks to your consistently kind and detailed responses, the issue was resolved quickly and smoothly.

Unlike the competitors (I have used a couple of them prior to Surfshark), Surfshark doesn’t dislodge and seems to be very stable. I highly recommend it & I am very happy with their survice.

I love Surfshark it really works, and it's cheap. It's very easy to connect to any State, or Country. Lot's of different options on connecting you can also save your Country preferences. You can also scan for bugs too. I actually like connecting my VPN on YouTube also because I don't have to see political commercials in the United States. I also love the VPN on many other apps. Customer service I didn't need to contact because I have no problems.
