We have had a seamless experience with this friendly local company from our initial visit to the showroom, to our site visit, and final installation. I was impressed with how the staff explained in great detail everything we needed to know to make the right decision on our wood burning stove. They even showed us how to successfully light the stove. The final result has made such a difference to the atmosphere to our lounge and it is so warm and cozy. I use the top of the stove to boil water for our cups of tea, and rarely put the central heating on in the rest of the house. Very professional, friendly, and experienced staff. Thank you guys, We are so pleased with the results.
