survio.com supports SPAM
survio.com allows their clients to send spam. They refused my request to remove my email address from all their clients lists as I started receiving SPAM. They literally ignored my request and redirected me to ask sender of the spam... They do not respect GDPR at all!

No. I didn't mention that employee of survio.com sent me the spam mail, I said that one of your client did via survio.com. Perhas you have had some issues with translating my message to english. My initial complain was that my email address is in your databases without my knowledge and agreement. It doesn't matter if it's because of one of your client or not. I've requested to remove my email address from your databases and you declined. Why don't you follow GDRP rules and don't want to remove my email address and still support SPAM? Case would be closed then.

I have had a look at the support ticket you raised on the 21st of May and the response from one of my team members sent to two days later.
Your initial complaint was that your e-mail address was the recipient of a survey invitation sent by one of our users, and that you did not consent to receiving a survey invitation from this sender. You mentioned that your e-mail address is not and has not been registered to Survio, something I can verify as there are no traces of your email address in our database.
One of my team members encouraged you to contact the survey owner to have your data removed. This is not an unreasonable request, as according to GDPR, the survey owner is a personal data collector if they collect personal data via our surveys. While it is understandable that you choose to approach us for the matter, we are not responsible for the content on our users’ surveys. Survio is unable to control who our users add as recipients of their e-mail invitations, so the responsibility to comply with GDPR lies with the author of the survey (the Survio user).
Before sending an invitation, the user must agree that they will not use the e-mail invitation feature for sending spam or other harmful purposes, and that they assume the role as the data controller and that they comply with GDPR.

Great program- easy to use & clear presentations
It is a great program which makes everything so easy to use and so clear in its representation. I really liked the designs and I had literally fun to create my first questionnaire.

Very easy to understand. The designs of the surveys are top level.
4 stars though because there are only 100 participants in the free version. 200 would be better even for basic studies.

I started to use Survio as a free tool to do a survery amongst my students. It was real easy to create a survey with different options for answering question in a way that looks professional way. Just upgraded my account to a paid version so i can use all the nice options as well!

Very simple and structured way to create a survey. In the premium variant great and valuable analysis options. The look is also much more appealing than other survey providers. Unfortunately, the cheapest is a monthly subscription for about 20 € (for the case of only one survey to switch). Students can get a discount.
