Advantages: fast creation of a questionnaire, possibility to choose the type of question, fast evaluation of answers

Great analysis of the results
It's a cool tool that we used for our project study, intuitive, and easy to use. I like the different possible question types and I especially like the analysis of the results which is the main reason we've chosen Survio for.
For some reason though, when I created my first survey, the order of the questions kept changing randomly and I had to keep adjusting it until I finally just created a new one, and then it worked fine. This also goes for the message on the welcome page – I had to change it again because it went back to the default message. In relation to that, I would have then appreciated if the order of the questions could be changed directly (e.g. set the 25th question to be the 2nd question) without having to constantly click on "move up/down".
So, that was a bit of an annoying glitch but other than that, I liked Survio.

Great tool
Really easy useable tool to create surveys. You can choose between a lot of different options to create questions. On top of that you can see the results in different ways and its easy to interpret them.

survio is a very good application
survio is a very good application for surveys, easy to use and very user friendly, survey results can be downloaded in word, pdf or excel, but do not forget that to download its results you will have to pay a subscription. but apart from that. very good

Great variety of functions for premium accounts, at reasonable prices. There is also the possibility to obtain a discount if you're a student!
Only thing that could be improved: give the possibility to test the premium functions before purchasing an account.

Easy to use, responsive design, automatic distribution of questionnaires through e-mail. Possibility to identify the respondent based on the e-mail address on which the questionnaire was sent.

I am so disappointed
I pay for this program to help me completing a university exercise. I chose that one, because I wanted to use a professional questionnaire. But in the future I won't use this program, because I needed it just for a month. Monthly paying is not avaiable, the users need to unscribe otherwhise they automaticly charged the account. It is really hard to find how to cancel the subscription. I forget to do this step and when they charged my account yesterday at 18:13 PM. I noticed that at 18:55 PM and wrote an email to the Customer Support Team and asking for their help. They were not be flexible and they did not help.

I would like to clear up some misunderstandings.
Survio is a subscription based platform. While users are welcome to create a survey entirely for free, they can also choose to upgrade to one of our premium solutions, which is what you did.
You write that "monthly paying is not available", but I think it's important to point out the fact that we offer both monthly and annually recurring subscriptions. Everyone who buys a subscription with us, agrees that this subscription will renew itself automatically. They also agree to our terms and conditions, where it is written that refunds are not given to automatically renewed subscriptions. The user agrees to both of these points when they complete the purchase.
Regardless, I will definitely welcome you back, should you reconsider your opinion about Survio.
