The quality of the products and prints are great! Looks and feels worth what you pay! The only let down was the courier (Evri) used for the UK. Shipping was within the time specified but the courier had my parcel for over a week before it got delivered to me as they lost it within their system. Please don’t use Evri from now on Suzushii 😁

Good quality for a good price, too good to be true?
Good quality for a good price. Too good to be true? Not really. Super happy with the t-shirts I ordered. Quality is piek, especially compared to what we now have in European clothing stores. Yes its made in china. But still I was really positively surprised.
The only thing to keep in mind is the size. I did some measure ments, and my shirts were 2-3 cm,s smaller then advertised. BUT they are stretchy. And after alot od stretching they did stretch out and fit more loose

I purchased several items from Suzushii and loved the prints and the price of the clothing is great value.
I had to send clothing back as the sizes I ordered were too small for me. Eliana was my contact and she was fantastic responding to my emails and guiding me through the return process. It’s refreshing having a company respond as they did and my refund came through within 24hrs of the return getting back to them. Thanks again Eliana 10/10 for service.

The package was ok, the clothes are good quality and very well printed. Love them. If I'd say something I'd suggest a better communication for the delivery. Mostly for here in Europe.

great support, super cool shirts
I also was afraid the first time we ordered, but the quality of the shirs is really great.
The first time we washed them (at 30°C - which is cold wash) the prints faded some and the fabric seemed a bit off, but after contact with support, they really guided us exceptionally and sent us new shirts.
Now let's hope the quality remains the same as me and my 15 year old son really love to wear them

First time ordering from Suzushii and definitely will not be the last!!
My order was delayed due to placing it on a bank Holiday weekend so I emailed the team to query for an update and in 24 hours they sent me a reply with a genuine apology for the delay and provided an update on my order in the same email great customer service!!
Then my packages arrived which by the was delivered to the UK after a bank Holiday weekend within 8 days so i couldn't of asked for more.
I was so excited as I seen their product advertised on tiktok which immediately caught my attention and they did not disappoint, the quality of their products feels like genuine care and attention to detail has gone into making them, from the quality of the material to the unique design and being 6'6 i always get worried that it might be short on the arms, the back might be to big and then I'd have to go through a returns process but boy was I wrong as soon as I tried on my delivery aevery aspect could not of been more spot on.
Thank you Suzushii for creating such a fantastic product keep it up :)

Have patience with your order - it's worth it!
Have patience with your order. To put it into perspective I placed my order 3rd of May and it arrived 19th of May. They could be more upfront with time frames and that it's being shipped from China etc but don't let that detract from the quality of the product! The T-Shirts are really nice, good quality cotton, colours are bang on and vibrant, and the designs are really cool!
I, like many writing bad reviews on here, was suspicious to begin with when my order hadn't arrived after 10 days but I'm glad I stuck with it!

Shirts are top quality. One of my 3 shirts I ordered arrived with a small fabric pull at the shoulder and the company immediately sent a replacement for me without hesitation.
