We bought our first motorhome from Svea… But it had a leak in the shower floor
We bought our first motorhome from Svea Husbilar in Mora and are happy with how the purchase went. Clear communication and a personal approach from Adam in sales.
However, during our first trip, we noticed water on the floor in the living area, that turned out to be caused by a crack in the shower drain. You could only see it appearing after a couple of minutes of showering. So we understand it wasn’t something anyone could have noticed during Svea's checks before selling the car.
But, Svea Husbilar handled our complaint very well. Katarina and Tomas from the workshop made sure it was taken care of, and our camper (from 2011) now has a brand-new original shower floor, which aren't cheap to replace.
We appreciate the way the issue was resolved. A good company with helpful people and would recommend anyone to visit them to buy a used motorhome.

A great experience!
We bought our motorhome from Svea in Mora and I could not recommend their services more.
The purchase experience was simple and our salesman was very helpful during the process. They even let us store the motorhome at their premises free of charge for several months before we needed it.
When collecting the motorhome there was an unforeseeable issue with the motor. Without having to inquire about it they solved the issue (free of charge) in less than 24 hours and they comped a night in a hotel room while the repair took place (as I traveled from Malmö).
We will definitely be using Svea for our next purchase and I can recommend them if you're looking to buy a motorhome.
