They install professionally the equipment, however was a misunderstanding about application for EU fonds. Now after 2 year -since installation Jan 2025 at any of my claims they are inexistent or maybe not on the market. I did not fell the support along the way. Or maybe 50%. Are they still on the market?

do you have a customer service department at all? I’m based in Spain and got solar panels installed by your company and now is imposible to get hold of anyone to provide support!! No reply to emails, no one to take calls just a recording message! I was not provided with a “Certificado Final de Obra” which I need to get the subsidies and now this is like a ghost company!

Update: The installation was great. See below. SVEA has now left Spain and my system has now malfunctioned. SVEA tell me to get in touch with Huawei, which I have done but they cannot help without the log file, which only SVEA can access. SVEA HQ have so far not replied to any of my requests for help and so it seems that they have just left their Spanish customers without any back-up whatsoever.

I have no hesitation in recommending SVEA to install solar panels.

I got five companies out to give us quotes for our house in Andalucia, and this was the only one that checked the earthing and electrical supply points during the quotation survey.

The installers were first class, turned up on time, were neat and tidy, made sure we were happy at each point of the installation process, wore hard hats and safety equipment and were generally delightful.

Since installation, SVEA has helped me with grant applications and the system has worked flawlessly.

I used Svea Solar Malaga with amazing installation by Felippe and David. If you are thinking about solar panel installation book them in. They also replaced a bunch of broken roof panels before the installation.

I need the Work End Certifícate to demostrate that Solar panels have been carried out following project specs. Could you send it to me by email? It is required to receive the Next Generation subsidy.

We are extremely satisfied with how Svea Solar has carried out the entire process in a very professional manner from planning (Juan and Sergio), project management (Julio and Pablo) and those who have carried out the installation on site (José and David with colleagues).

We have installed a total integrated system from Huawei with 18 solar panels, 10 kW inverter, 15 kWh battery, backup box and finally a 22 kW FusionCharge EV charger with 100% access and control via the FusionSolar app. All work is neat and aesthetically done with perfection, we are so grateful.
