This company is bogus!!!
In September 2020 I had to return ladies shoes that were too small. Their sizing does not correspond with European shoe sizes.
The shoes cost £37 sterling.
I paid £18 sterling for the postage to return the parcel from the UK to China.
Today 1 April 2021 the parcel was returned to me with a Chinese 'UNDELIVERABLE' note stuck to the Parcel.
It has taken 6 MONTHS for the parcel to be returned to me obviously unopened by SWANATION - DURIAN SUPPORT.
They have taken my money and now ignore me as a customer who needs their assistance.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I would award no stars. I ordered hurricane spin scrubber. It came with some charge when I went to charge it. It wouldn’t charge. I also wish I’d read the reviews. I’ve emailed several times with no response. I paid £44.99 with postage. A rip off. Don’t order anything from them. It is a SCAM.

Don't use this company, zero customer service, don't answer emails, part order received, no chance of getting the rest. I've been trying since September. You've been warned.

This for a 'vortex illusion rug' ordered 21.9.20. It was never delivered. All my attempts for an update are ignored. Who on earth are these people?

I have waited for 5 weeks for shower cleaning tools paid £19.98 ,after reading the reviews I am not expecting the correct goods or if anything will arrive.Facebook should not advertise these disgraceful companies.

I too ordered the brush cleaning system and only received the Brushes. Why advertise somethinfg and sell you half of it at the full price total rip off.

I’d like to give this zero stars but not possible.i ordered leather restoring cream and so far have received nothing. Emails I have sent have not moved the situation on at all. The same demonstration is being shown on Facebook under a different company name, but exactly the same product. I have put a warning on that site.

This outfit are scammer bandits,i paid £19.98 for a complete spin scrubber, and received 3 x brush heads worth around £7, which obviously are useless without the rest. pay pal were not any help either.

I didnt even want to give them one star. They are fraudsters. They took £19.98 off me for a cleaning brush which they never sent. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering!
I am a pensioner, with arthritis and thought this cleaning tool would help me... these people should be locked up. I will report them to Trading Standards and I think everyone else should too.

This is a real farce ordered complete item got replacement brushes ordered again the complete item 4weeks later still nothing has come tried to get hold of them low and behold NO such company have informed the police who are going to get hold of Facebook because they are the ones advertising this product

Just received the spin scrubber after 29 emails and 3 months later . What did i get bloody replacement brushes that are no good to me without the original item . Waste of space this company cannot contact them at all. Something must be done they cannot keep on ripping people it's not fair .

Cannot give them 0. Will not let me do it. Can anyone help please, I have sent about 10 emails so far no reply. I too received a box with 3 scrub heads in. No use whatsoever. I need to get my money back. Has anyone contacted Trading Standards ? I will be sending my experience to Rip Off Britain on BBC 1. Let’s hope these people get caught. Nasty people. This company is diabolical. I ordered a necklace for my Granddaughter and it arrived broken. I have asked for a refund but to no avail. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Yes same as everyone else here regarding the scrubber 3 heads £20.00 wasted thank God I found the exactly the same product with all the unit and charger and heads for£21.99 on eBay brand new!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars but have to reluctantly give 1. I saw an ad for a full system electric spin scrubber at a discounted price of £14.99 + £4.99 shipping. As I’m disabled and can’t reach places to clean I thought this would be ideal, but low and behold like everyone else who has reviewed what I received was 3 brush heads, no earthly good without the handle and charger.

I thought I had ordered the wrong thing until I did some digging and saw what the reviews were saying. I’ve tried contacting the company but emails bounce back and the website has been closed down. These people need investigating as they are trading fraudulently, a major part of people placing orders is the location of the seller, allegedly in this instance in the UK but actually in. China.
