Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I paid them to do the front and back garden. The front was to clean the area, remove the weeds and to get rid of the pampas grass. They were also supposed to add a decorative stone to match on the wall (coping tile I think). The back was to add stones to the 1st section of the garden, the back section, remove the weeds from the back by the tree, clean the walkway and fences. They were supposed to add a paving stone to the path.
Visit one - front garden done and they sprayed an acid mixture on the walkways in the back garden. This was supposed to be cleaned off but they didn't. I complained that evening because I couldn't wash it off. White stuff kept forming and the smell came back each time waterways added. I have 2 dogs so this was a concern. They said they'd be back the next day (Saturday) to clean it properly with their machine but I was ignored until the Monday. I ended up having to go out and clean it off multiple times so it was safe for my dogs.
Visit 2: back garden. Added stones. Broke my latch on my fence. No sorry, I was just asked: "Don't you have a spare? " They classed the paving as clean and left.
Less than a week later I contacted them over several issues: Not all the weeds were removed in the front and the pampas has started growing. This obviously was not killed. In the back garden I discovered that they didn't lay weed membrane down throughout the areas and you can see the growth already from the above pictures. Apparently they couldn't do the paving slab which is why there's a bunch of stones on the pathway. And apparently there were no coping stones for the front garden. However, I did a Wickes order and saw them there. On the second visit, their solution for the poor state of the back garden was for me to pay them more to cover the entire area in stones. Again they have ignored me and I have had to claim against my bank to get my money back. I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely awful experience. The picture with all the stuff on the grass is stuff I need to get rid of and the paving stones for the 1st stone section. They left them there along with the garden furniture. I had to move everything.
Update: went to Scots Advice and started sending them letters to get the money to fix this. They ended up closing down their email. These people are corrupt and it is like talking to a child. They lie and make accusations. I expect this will end up in court and all the emails will be used as evidence. They're also ignoring my texts so they're purposely trying to make this hard. Do yourself a favour and pick any other company. The last picture is the response I got from the company "director" as registered on Companies House. Love how he will only talk if I remove this review. So professional. I look forward to seeing his evidence of "this is whay you do".
Update: they just ignored me so I will be taking them to court. Disgusting con people. Pick some random person off the street to do your job rather than this "company"; you'll get a better quality work. Check Google for photos
