Have ordered many times in the past without problems. This time the the order ended up being sent to the wrong place, but customer service was helpful in correcting the issue fast.

Great products and customer service!
I'm a customer of Swanson Europe for more than 10 years and always only had good experiences with the company and products. The range of supplements is huge, many of them plant-based. Orders are shipped fast, customer service always replies fast and kindly.

Ordered one bottle of Quercetin+Bromelain.Amongst capsules at the top found one damaged like it was burned.Haven t checked the rest of the them. Hopefully ok. No more Swanson for me.

I had a problem with my delivery address which appears to have been my fault.
Swanson acted promptly to my request.

I received a coupon code at signup and also received a present in the package. That is impressive, thanks a lot.

There was a delivery error (they normally always deliver super fast) and Swanson was very kind to assist me in retrieving the parcel from the delivery company. Very good service even though it was not even their fault. :)

Such a fast delivery. I am also able to get items that are not readily available in Ireland. I had also mad the stupid mistake of ordering the same items twice. I cancelled one of the orders. Swansons were great within a few hours everything was sorted. Order was cancelled and refund sent to me. Thank you. 😊

I have been using this site for some years now and it's been fine. But I bought their multivitamins a few months ago and had a bad reaction to them. Ended up in the Out of hours Drs. I emailed them to warn them that this might be an issue for others as I had never had any kind of reaction to vitamins before. I had to write several times before they got back to me, to recommend I buy another one of their products. No offer of replacing the one I had already bought. Then my husband said he would use them and got the same reaction. Luckily I still had some of the antihistamine left. I wrote again with photos of the product and the rash my husband broke out in to tell them they should check it out in case there was a bad batch. Again ignored until I said I was going to leave review. They offered a refund, which I still haven't received and a coupon which gives about 5% off next order. I can't understand why such a large company would be so apathetic in their response. I said they should put a warning on the bottle but as with all their replies, I received a lukewarm and what felt like an insincere reply. I will keep emailing till I get my refund but this has been going on for months now. They are an awful company to deal with if you have an issue.

Sent me a product that will expire in 4 months. They have a page dedicated to expiration dates stating that products are at full potency when its 2 years bbe. I have sent 4 emails asking for compensation and I have been ignored. It is unlike swanson as I purchased products before but I will be shopping
elsewhere now.

You still ignored me and I had to contact the USA department to get you to email me. As I stated in the emails, these are vitamins and should have somewhere listed on the page the reason why they are discounted if they are expiring soon. Nobody is going to email a company why is there a sale going on. The product is just €20 so whatever I am keeping it but the irony is that this company wants you to accept and use an old batch from almost 2 years past production date as I have the same product I purchased in 2023. Negative review will remain.

Very good assortment, choice of products and fast delivery. Literally in 1 day I got my international order.

All 4 bottles with Melatonin were completely crushed when they arrived, we got neither money nor new bottles.
After 6 weeks when the company stopped answering (without any explanation) we asked PayPal for help

No after sales customer service. Several e.mails were sent to them regarding impotent products and they never responded to any of them. Stay away from them.

The endocrinologist prescribed to my mother to take DHEA and Pregnolone and Swanson delivers it. I cannot really speak about the quality of the ingredients since I am not a chemist but I have been customer of Swanson for almost two years and in the anti aging line there are not side effects since my mother still looks young at 65 and she has quite a stressful life. In the end Swanson seems to be as good as the way pricier pills that the endocrinologist usually sells or endorse.
Last very positive note: Swanson ships with DHL which, at least here in Italy, is the gold standard of delivery.
