Bad bike experience
The service is very great, but the bike is not….
I really don’t like that bike, there is no easy way to down the seat, just 1 hand break and need to use the pedals to break is so annoying and that motor is so weak…..

Great service always kind and even…
Great service always kind and even fixed my gfs bike for free (not from Swapfiet). Easiest way to own a bike, no worries and instead of tedious maintenance you just go and swap into a new and ready bike! Convenient to say the least.

The appointment was fast and easy, with all the details regarding how to break, how to lock the cycle, etc, done on spot.
The cycle was ready for me to take immediately after asking for the seat to be lowered.

Not a great start.
It was my initial pickup and the technician introduced me to the bike in a hurry, which I really didn’t understand, and this caused problems later when I couldn’t figure out the lock. The front tire was flat and I had to immediately return to the shop. It was a very poor person first impression.

Received a broken bike
Received a broken bike, it was swapped same day. A week later the new bike broke down as well… Trying to catch an appointment is difficult, especially when you are trying to get it fixed at home or office. Shop opening times are not convenient, if you working 9-2-5. I can’t get there without taking time off work.
Update;
Even the 3rd swapped bike is not working well. The basket was not even mounted properly. I had to fix it by myself.
I am sorry for the people working there. It seems they are not enough to get everything sorted.
Update 2;
I had a lovely conversation with their customer service and I’ve been offered a small compensation. At least they are trying to satisfy their customers.
I have to say that all human interactions have been good and they are lovely. I guess I was just not lucky with the bikes.
