They picked up my bike quickly and kindly. However, I am very disappointed that the service closes in Milan. I am an early client and I have always spread the service, and I think think you really did poor advertising and communication for a city like Milan.

The service was great! I'd get smaller bikes
The service was great, but I do think the bike is too big and heavy, not very comfortable to use in a non bike friendly city such as Milan.

Our bikes have a chain lock and a lock.
Looking at your case, we do charge a deductible and negligence surcharge as the bike wasn't locked properly (and the gate)

Terrible service
We had a very bad service from the person that was in charge of the store at the moment. He had a bad attitude and was not helpful. When we arrived wanting to rent a bike, he claimed he did not have access to the system and kept us waiting. Then when he was able to access the system, we asked if we could have a different color bike that was already available and he said he couldn’t change it because he had other things to do. We had an overall bad experience, the complete opposite of our previous experiences.

I'm sorry Maria 😓😓. Usually we encourage everyone to make an appointment when coming to the store since you might show up at a bad time (we might be quite busy). I apologize for my colleague's attitude (we all can have a bad day). About the color of the bike: we can never guarantee we will be able to give you the color you prefer, I assume my colleague was under a bit of stress and had other tasks to take care of. 💙🚲
