On the other hand, service as usual is excellent. Davide and Tatiana as usual great on the mailing and following up, while Demian at the store was superb and was already expecting me when I arrived, he is very kind and helpful.

Best in the city
Good service, they just swapped my bicycle with a new one in no time and I was ready to go right away. The only "con" is that on my first booking the guy wasn't able to be there for it on time and I wasn't told about the delay.
Still a great experience so far
