Very seamless process
Very seamless process, crypto was sent at 12pm and the bank transfer was completed by 3pm.
I accidentally sent to much ether and the balance was converted to a stablecoin which can be withdrawn to bank in the same way.
Would highly recommend if looking for same day crypto to fiat offramp.

Not clear terms of verification
Not clear rules and terms of verification. Could not pass the verification process with residence permit of Slovenia - "Your document is not supported" :( There is no list on the site of countries and documents which are supported. Waste of time.

After a month of usage, They just blocked my account,
and the mention in red “Service not available” appeared next to my profile. They haven't even bothered to send an email.

Account was suspended without any clarification.
After several months of usage, the platform suspended my account without any notice and clarifying why exactly. They just referenced some "new internal policy". This is not the right way to treat your customer.
