I've used it several times now to send and automatically convert crypto to euro and automatically send that euro to IBAN's I've provided
Look forward to seeing this service evolve and hopefully incorporate sending crypto via polygon network.

I paid my rent for a couple of months using swapin. Suddenly they refused to do my transaction, suspended my account, asked for documents like my rental contract and other personal information that is none of their business, espaccially since i´m not obliged to provide any information on any transaction under 1000€ by european law.
It was really hard to get my money even back. No explanation for their behaviour, i would advise to stay away or only usw their service if you can afford your money to be frozen for some weeks or losing it.

We can confirm that this situation happened. We occasionally make KYC checks and ask additional questions to comply with our terms & conditions.
The customer refused to answer these questions, and we respect the person's decision. We started a refund process, and the funds were returned the next business day.

I have made 6 transactions all for different banks or fintech
Most of them was fast and was accepted without any issue
One was to my personal account which my online bank issuer closed the account for no known reason and returned the funds
The support from piixpay assisted on the issue and credited me the money in their token which I reused it and was fine
That’s my review and I say it short again they fix a big issue with this solution if your bank will accept third party transfer
