All commitments honored.
Got great phone from seller. Exterior condition and battery health better than expected. Unfortunately WiFi had funky, intermittent issues that seller was not able to detect. Apple store did internal diagnostics and said antennae was partially compromised and would give intermittent problems. Seller stood behind their guarantee and accepted return. Swappa was very helpful in making sure all went smoothly.

Pretty straightforward
Pretty straightforward, though, I have sold several things that I rated "mint", but once the sale went up, they were changed to "good". They sold in the end so it's fine, but I wonder why you rate it one way abd it's changed by someone who does not know the actual condition.

I have successfully purchased two phones on swappa. They arrived in good time and were in the condition described in the listing. I recommend it to family/friends who want an upgrade, but don't want to spend a fortune!

Prompt, easy to navigate, excellent
Everything showed up promptly as was described. The website was easy to navigate although for some reason, the site had difficulty remembering my login ingormation so I had to login via other means instead. The used smartphone was exactly as advertised and worked. All good. I would definitely use Swappa again.

My go to for electronics
I have had about 8 purchases with Swappa since 2019. It's definitely my go to for quality new and used electronics. I'm never paying full price or crazy markups for quality electronics with any other markets or companies.
