Approach with caution

Approach with caution.

My experience has been far from perfect. After ordering and receiving my reconditioned iPhone which I was over the moon with, I proceeded to send back my old iPhone which was valued by Swappie. They provided packaging to send my old phone back in which was a cardboard envelope with a jiffy pouch for the phone. No issue here. I took the screen protector off my old phone and took photos before I posted it. The screen was in immaculate condition whereas the rest of the phone could have done with some cleaning but was scratch free. Anyway, fast forward to when my phone was inspected. It was valued at a certain price. I did expect this to be a little lower after inspection but not by a huge amount. I received notification that my phone was now valued at €5 due to water ingress which was unknown to me. That is also fine. These things happen. I asked for a report and requested the phone to be sent back to me as it still was in good working order and could be reused. When I received the video report it showed up some a very bad scratches on the display. These were likely caused by something sharp coming in contact with it. This is not how the phone left my possession and I am certain of this! I sent photos of the screen before it was packaged in the package Swappie sent me and the customer agent disputed that it was probably my fault somehow. I would be full sure these scratches happened as a result of the inspection process as they had sent pictures of the phone with the screen removed from the frame. I am now engaged in a back and forth with them but I will not accept and excuse for them damaging what is still my property. I am not one to cause hassle usually, but this has really got to me. Someone will need to accept responsibility for the damage which judging by the video will make the phone unusable.

So my advice is don’t ship your old phone to them. They take no regard for it and anything that happens to it in their possession is thrown back to the customer. Sell it locally and get it assessed by a certified reseller before doing so. I feel I have got badly burned here.

Good quality, goodprice

Easy process to purchase, and arrived quickly. The only issue I have noticed is the speaker on my phone makes a static sound when streaming music.

Premium is not premium

Premium is not premium, dont expect any thing extra that makes the experience feel as such. its a standard non-original battery (it say " premium battery " on the website but there is nothing premium about it) and mine even had a replaced screen which also doesnt feel premium. but, then there is the packaging... sorry but thats subpar. the whole experience of paying for a premium feels like a money grab.

Loved it!

Sent them my old iPhone and ordered a new one. Everything went smoothly, the new phone arrived in great condition and sending the old one to them as also very straigth forward.
Love my new phone, love how easy it was to get money out of my old one and the customer support was also very helpful!

STAY AWAY - They won't pay you for your phone.

Do not recommend. Use any other buyer/seller of phones in Sweden.

They 100% underbid, over exaggerating the phone damage, and then don't pay. It's been over 10 business days, and I have yet to receive payment.

They claimed to try to send money to my bank account and that it bounced (note I use other apps that have managed to send payments no problem to that account) and didn't let me know until I reached out to them 7 business days after. Now they told me to wait another 5 business days.

Their customer service is super unhelpful. Just robots.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
