I ordered a M pair of shorts from one of the two different size charts that were on the website at the time of my order. The shorts were a size too small and I have been advised that a new pair in a larger size would be despatched. I have been very happy with the resolution of the size chart problems. Thanks. The size chart issue seems to have been resolved.

I ordered 3 pair of shorts 8 weeks ago and received one pair after about 6 weeks, but now the only info I can get on the other 2 pairs is they will be available soon?
Nice shorts but poor customer service.
I have just received an email from Swat shorts telling me that after waiting for nearly 3 months they have canceled my order!!! Looking at a Facebook page I’m not the only one this has happened to. Shocking service.
Nope 6 months on and I still haven’t received the full rebate I was promised. Awful company to do business with.

It seems that what happened here was that the items you ordered were not available at the same warehouse. When that happens, we usually ship the products separately from wherever we have them in stock. Subsequently, the items would likely arrive at different times.
However, in your case, you had to wait 3 months for the remaining items to arrive just to receive an email stating that your order has been canceled. I totally understand how frustrating that must be for you, and we are really sorry about that. We are currently updating our procedures, and we will make sure that this won't happen again in the future.

The experience was pretty painless
The experience was pretty painless.
Ordering online real easy and well presented. Payment process no problem either.
Delivery was about as promised.
The shorts fit me well and appear to be well made.
The colour was a little disappointing. I ordered green but the actual shorts seem to be more grey with some greenish undertone. Not a problem but not quite as expected.

I ordered 2 pairs of swat shorts and they were a bit to small so I offered to send them back to your company but instead the lady I emailed said they will send me the next size up free of charge and I think that is so generous and thank you very much as my new shorts are perfect.

Useful shorts
I like these shorts, there are lots and lots of useful pockets and seem to be very well made.
The only negatives:
1. The belt is very long and there is no easy way to shorten it;
2. I'm a cyclist, and the shorts are tight around the tops of my legs, I would have preferred a slightly larger cut.

Excellent shorts. Atrocious Australia Post delivery.
I like the shorts very much. I'd gladly order a second pair. BUT I WILL NOT DO SO WHILE YOU USE AUSTRALIA POST AS YOUR AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY AGENT. The company is notoriously bad. Its own site gives it a customer satisfaction rating of 1.7/5.
Australia Post is cruelling your business here.
You make good shorts but your due diligence regarding your Australian delivery agent has been woefully lacking.
I known China's logistics capacities well..Shanghai or Zhejiang to southern Jiangsu - next day delivery. 3 days from Guangdong to Suzhou District is regarded as slow. Therefore 6 days from Brisbane airport to my home just 30 minutes by car away is ridiculous.
If you want success in Australia ditch Australia Post tooty sweety.

The first pair I ordered were to small I swat to arrange return and replacement they said keep the small pair and give them to a familiar member and they would send a larger pair for me.

I’m very impressed with this company the product is amazing. I initially ordered the wrong size for my husband and contacted them for a return address so I could order the correct size they sent me a new pair without question in the correct size and told me to keep the other pair. Great Shorts with lotsa pockets
Just that delivery was very slow. Quite impressed in shorts. Tried them on and they fit. Got the little gift thank you. Just curious about only one belt. Not a problem just curious. Colours as ordered and quality is great. Have not worn them yet but how they felt when tried on was good

As for the belt, every order of SWAT shorts should come with an adjustable belt. It seems that the order you received was lacking some belts. I don't have all your order information available here, but I would love to check it for you and figure out what exactly happened with the order.
