When something is about money I get sceptical but I used the app when minting sweat was easy and have enough to participate in the giveaways and have won multiple times. (Check your spam!), my brother in law won but he thought he never did.

Problem with the redemption of $10 Amazon Voucher

I am a winner of the $10 Amazon gift card voucher; however, when i go to redeem it with Bitrefil, it brings out this error: This gift card has already been redeemed. Please contact our support team if you need more information.

This is also not the first time this has happened. A few months ago, when I won the $15 Spotify gift card, I got the same error. I wrote to them by email, asking for what to do and how to go about this, but got no reply.

Now I have also written to them about this, and it looks like the same thing that happened last time would happen again... because I am still waiting for a reply.

I just wish someone would reach out to me in regards to this.

They've blocked my account and I can't even log in anymore. I've tried to contact support, but haven't gotten any helpful response. It's super annoying because I can't access my money

This used to be a fantastic app that would motivate you to move! It’s not the same anymore everything you have to do in the account, claim your sweat, enter competitions, start a jar receive your income from a matured jar needs gas or Near which you have to pay for ……

Somebody got greedy when you actually look at your sweat value it’s worth pennies, not worth you investing your time or energy!

I don’t agree with the policy for charging people now for very action in the platform

It used to be ok, but the promotion they give the companies already give you the same discount, also the sweat wallet now is charging you for gas, to get gas guess what yes you have to pay with real money. This is a waste of time plus when I see what I’ve got there is no way to sell them or make money so what’s the point. Don’t waste your time with Sweats or Sweats wallet, they make you watch pointless videos that are also are a con, don’t do it

Sweat Wallet app suffers from inaccurate step tracking, hidden fees, and diminishing returns. Because it only convert 40% of steps. Now gas fees for claim. My 30 sweat is disappear from my account. There is no transaction history in the apps. Don't waste your time and effort. Earning potential is very low.
