I didn't send the email, then yes, then you can't log in, they tell you that if you want they have to reset the entire account, it is not possible to recover the account, they do whatever it takes to make all your effort worthless

Never got the secret phrase by the app.

Used the app for more than 2 years.

Now that I changed my phone, I lost access to all my money, coins, jars, etc. I didn't knew there was a secret phrase because I've never got it. Make sure to press them to get your secret phrase to avoid losing money.

I love the idea but I have used it for a few months now and I never won anything so it is easy to lose motivation..

After using the app for a few months, my account gets closed, blocked or hacked. Invested 50€ so i could participate in awards.

Absolutley no live suport, just recived COPY & PASTE instructions from the official web page.

I'd sugest not investing your own money in it but still a great platform for the purpose it was created.

Sweat Wallet is got to be the worst! If you have a phone crash or system, crash or their software crash you lose all your Sweatcoin in your wallet and you can’t get back Even when they send you a reactivation code that will void all your bitcoins. They know how to get in and retrieve your bitcoin account and reinstall all your bitcoins that you have in jars, etc. But they won’t do it It is a total scam! A total scam!

Don't use this ... the system doesn't work well and you could lose your coins and even the account.

Absolutely gold star and a well 5 star deserved app in my personal experience and believe in the sweat economy that it’s value will increase as of 2030. Many people don’t know about carbon emissions also know as digital footprint and sweat coin and sweat wallet represent a prime example of it as this project aim to have a healthier planet. I recommend you find out more via they official website. The reason why I give them a 5 star is simply because I use it every and collect sweat while am at work or coming back from work with out looking on my phone all the time and can convert my footsteps into cash effortless just by doing the same thing I would normally do every. As a premium user I think they should do more to improve its reward other than just love this project as well as the way it is easier to donate your sweat to charity organisations if you wish totally optional. You cannot login via a normal account, only via the activation email, once you lose it, you lose all your crypto!

Lost access to my wallet because it suddenly requires fingerprint I never registered and cannot provide (fingerprint sensor broke). Support ist useless, told me to "turn off the fingerprint" (?!) and closed the ticket unresolved when I explained I can't access the fingerprint settings menu.
