I placed my order and it arrived in no time at all. Everything was as it should be fantastic service, even had a nice chat with one of there staff to thank them for the order and had a great experience. Will 100% use them in future <3

Buyer beware. All the negative reviews are on target. Takes over a month to either get items or get the truth about items that have not been sent. Customer service is poor and dishonest. Definitely not worth your money. Don’t believe the social media hype, all lies.

Ordered a 'mix your own' 1kg bag and two halal 500g. The mix your own was great - the sweets were fresh and delicious. However, the halal bags (which were gifts) seemed to have been sitting in the bag for a while (possibly due to being premixed). The sweets looked dusty and the colours were faded.

Disappointed, as I was really looking forward to the delivery.

The Sweets were fine and as expected, however the delivery times are shocking. If you need things in a hurry factor in lots of time.

Ordered 2 packs on 9th February. After emails chasing my delivery as was advertised DPD next day ( apparently this is actually 5 days ) had an email to say being despatched on 14 th February to be delivered 17th. On 15th had email to say some of sweets out of stock from my mix your own and what alternatives would I like . This was ordered for a present ,as this hadn’t arrived when stated asked to cancel ,this was refused as told that sweets could not be put back ? One package of sweets was a premixed bag ,
(Everything n Anything)which I hadn’t even picked myself ! Package arrived on 19th Feb but the one pack of sweets ,the Everything n Anything was missing ( worth £15)Still awaiting this package, despite 2 emails chasing . Really frustrating that 2 weeks after ordering (this was my first order )haven’t received, what a lot of hassle and aggro having to keep chasing and not even been despatched yet 🥲

Ordered on Friday 14th after an email exchange with Rez. No dispatch still and emails ignored. Worried now reading these reviews.

Funny how they respond straight away about a potential sale then ignore once they have your money.

I have used this company four times previously and was always provided with accurate information and timely service. However, my fifth experience was a major letdown.

The website stated the order would be delivered by February 14th, according to their delivery section. Tracking showed my package had been collected by the courier on that date, but on the expected delivery day, I was informed that several items were out of stock. I ultimately chose to cancel the order myself because they couldn’t honor the promised delivery time.

I felt almost lied to due to the misleading information and lack of proactive communication. It’s frustrating to trust a company based on past positive experiences, only to have that trust broken. I hope they improve their service and transparency because this experience was highly disappointing.

Update items still not received and company refusing cancellation or refund so have requested chargeback from bank by submitting emails that I have sent and received and screenshots of their own T&C's they're not following.

There's plenty other sweet delivery places that have customer service and attention to detail.

You pay for a product but get absolutely sub par service and lied to with delivery times.

It’s now been over a week and still nothing has arrived, the package wasn’t even shipped until I contacted them to chase.. slightly concerning that it’s taking this long, makes me feel something is not genuine.

Overall, didnt really live up to the hype of the youtube short videos i keep seeing on my feed. I went for the 10kg bucket. I purposefully ordered on a Thursday as it said next day delivery (as i was home the Friday). It didnt actually arrive until nearly a week later. Also, not sure why they bother giving you a choice of sweets to order, as what arrived was not what i ordered. They clearly didnt have a lot of my choices in stock so just bunged anything in.

I also dont like that they shame customers in online videos that make complaints, and mock them. Its pretty low brow and childish if you ask me. Its as though they think they are too good for complaints, and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.

Would I order again.....probably not

Very Poor Service. When ordering I checked delivery times and although they stated next day delivery, their despatch time was up to 3 working days. After 4 working days I had not received a despatch email and reached out. I was then told they have a backlog and all orders are now being shipped after 5 working days as per their Shipping policy states. (Just updated I guess!) These were for birthdays and will now arrive too late. Wouldn't expect to wait over a week for some sweets, especially at the price paid. Can't comment on the sweets, but after the wait and the price I hope they will be good when they finally arrive. My advise, use one of the many other companies offering very similiar and don't get drawn in by the Social media hype like I did.

Hands down the most horrendous customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! As many on here I was drawn in by the social media posts/video's but how dissatisfied and disappointed I am, placed an order a week ago 27th (next day shipping/delivery all a load of tatt btw) had an update 4 days after saying that my order was collect by DHL only to receive a further email later on the same day to say that a selection of my order was out of stock and that I need to pick replacements ? (5kg bucket at £50) I emailed straight back and asked them as they don’t have what I want to cancel my order and please refund me and when it’s all back in stock I’ll re order (how do they not know what they have when you order absolutely baffling) and then nothing no reply or response until I sent another email chasing the issue up 3 days later again received another reply saying that for hygiene reasons because my order is half picked it cannot be undone and that I need to pick replacements so assuming I placed the order on the Monday and had to chase them up part of my order was picked and had been sitting in a bucket going off for 4-5 days, I received another quite frankly sarky response (as others have said) that they have a 5 star hygiene rating and that I have to pick replacements or they will pick for me this went back and forth for about an hour or so until they stopped responding I’ve now contacted PayPal and have raised the issue with them and will also follow up by asking my bank for help quite frankly I am beyond disgusted with the level of customer service provided, after arguing do you really think I want food items from someone who I’ve had a disagreement with Christ knows what they will do !

As many have said avoid and go elsewhere for your sweets steep prices without a discount code the promise of next day delivery etc which again is a lie and all social media fluff and awful customer service slow and sarcastic the whole situation could have been avoided if they had checked my initial reply instead now they’ve created an issue where I could possibly be out of pocket £50 terrible business practice !

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I placed an order but have yet to receive it, and there has been no communication regarding its delivery status. This lack of responsiveness leads me to believe that this company is not trustworthy. I regret falling for the social media hype surrounding them!!!!
I strongly advise others to avoid making purchases from this company.

UPDATE - Afterposting this review, instagram and an email. I was emailed and my order was shipped! While I'm still disapointed my friends gift did not arrive on time - I have improved my score by 1 star because the sweets are great.

The rum balls had the right taste but the pint pots didn't have a taste though which was disappointing, otherwise pretty good.

the candy obviously is wonderful but the order took almost 1.5 weeks to arrive, late for my sister's birthday, and one candy was out of stock and replaced with regular haribo. furthermore, the customer service gave me the wrong tracking information twice, really frustrating.

Wonderful variety, you can get almost anything and in ridiculously big quantities. Candy was delicious

i choose a bucket of 5 kg, exellent mix, some item are missing, bit they where replaced with a bonus, i certainly will order again
