In July I pre-ordered multiple advent calendars at ‘lowest price they will be’ as advertised on their page on Facebook( still got the screenshot, shame I can’t post). To find out that even before December has started, they have dropped £5 each.
As a previous repeat customer I won’t be ordering from them again. Feel robbed.

I ordered an advent calendar for my son, it was sent with Evri and was on its way until Evri tracked it as being larger than expected and they needed to return it to Sweetzy, this was on the 18th Nov, I contacted Sweetzy who told me to wait until it arrived back with them, it still hasn't arrived back with them and I emailed them on 24th Nov to state I was worried I wouldn't have the replacement with me in time for the 1st Dec, I've received no contact back and they are in no rush to solve my problem, a problem that shouldn't be my concern.
To add to the frustration I'm then told they had put on the wrong postage, listed as a small parcel hence why it was returned! Do not purchase anything that you need for a certain date, if things go wrong they don't rush to solve problems!!!
Greedy company

Ordered a advent calendar. Was processed and sent out quickly. Sent with evri and didnt arrive ( probably nicked from doorstep). Emailed there charming customer servce who did absolutely nothing. Now 25 pound out of pocket
Don’t get conned into special deals!
I bought a Halloween box which states contents are worth up to at least £43. Felt that I was undersold at least £11 worth of sweets going by what I had in my box and what they were selling those items for on their website individually . I was told that the value of the items I had did come to £43 as they were going on the ‘RRP’ *not what they were actually selling them for online. Seems shady and underhand. Customer service didn’t care, just told me send the items back but my little boy has already seen it by then so couldn’t.

Ordered three bags of sweets after…
Ordered three bags of sweets after being recommended. I have three unhappy children, unfortunately. We literally have three bags of sweets filled with the yellow bananas and pink shrimps. There is a few other different sweets in there but definitely not worth the money I paid. £25.99 including shipping which to be honest, I probably could’ve got better sweets elsewhere.
Cheap sweets
They used to be really good and the sweets used to taste amazing but they’ve recently changed and now the sweets taste cheap and nasty but for £20 a bag I can hardly throw them away.

Used this company for a while but have recently had a missing item from my order, no big problem, but I've reached out to them 5 times now and I've still not received any response from them.
Reading other reviews it looks like they've over sold their Mega Halloween Mystery Box. Which doesn't make sense as they're still offering the mega bundle but now at a higher price.
Their lack of customer service has really changed my opinion of the company and once this issue is resolved (if ever) I won't be using them again just due to lack of communication.

I ordered a mystery box and did pop them an email to request not all the sweets sent were sours. As they are my least favourite.
I got an unhelpful reply saying we can’t accommodate your request and then what turned up was all sours! I would have thought trying to accommodate requests would be the best way BUT clearly not!
Disappointed by poor service and lack of resolution
I placed my order with Sweetyz within 15 minutes of receiving a promotional email for a Halloween mystery bundle. Upon delivery of my order, it was missing due to a packing error.
Mistakes happen—but what’s disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up or effort to resolve the issue. I reached out twice, hoping for a solution, especially since the order was for a Halloween party. No alternative was offered, no goodwill gesture, just a refund & advised that there were no more left so that’s all they could do.
Given they offer mystery bundles on their website, there was no offer to send out a replacement albeit with different items despite my explaining that I had purchased this for Halloween party.
Really disappointed with their service.

I have just received a £25 mystery Halloween sweetzy bundle. I was thrilled to receive not only a massive amount of sweets but a beautiful glass jar too. I'm very happy with everything
Fudge Hard as a rock sweetzy bad
Used to buy regularly and have no issue they were top class. Bought first time in a year and the Fudge looks and tastes out of date. The sweets also had hard outer shell and tastes as if they’re been sat for months. Contacted and sent photos to Sweetzy and had no reply after sending them photos that they asked for. Would think twice ordering again.
Sweetzy dispatching issue
Issues with parcel being delayed but super unhappy with the feedback i was given. It was very much so made feel as though well you’ve spent your money now your items haven’t come, well that’s too bad. Requested a refund for my next day postage which was honoured no problem however for a parcel to arrive 18 days after purchase is a joke. Let alone to mention the absolute state of the box it was posted in. This isn’t the first time i’ve had this happen either, my last time i ordered my parcel was posted but just wasn’t delivered in the end it had to be resent out but was a battle with sweetzy to honour this. I’m not sure if it’s just my luck or there’s an issue with how sweetzy go about dispatching. As a collective i won’t be ordering again, when you purchase something you expect it to come & you expect help when there’s issues with not receiving your item.

I have had a terrible experience with this company over the last few weeks. I placed an order at the beginning of October, and selected Evri standard delivery. The order was shipped and I got an email from Evri, however, over the following days I received multiple confusing emails from Evri, delaying the delivery and then saying that it was too big and needed specialist delivery (for some sweets!?). I contacted Sweetzy to ask for assistance / clarification, and they were unable to assist, so they said they'd raise it with Evri. I heard nothing, so I chased a few days later, they suggested I'd need to wait 5 working days, so after this time, I got in touch again. At this point, I needed the order for a party, so I had to place a second order, paying for a faster / more expensive delivery, hoping it would arrive in time. I chased Swwetzy again, and I've now been told that Evri believes it's lost, but we need to allow them 1 more day, and I should get in touch tomorrow to request a refund for the lost order. I've spoken to numerous support representatives via email, and no one person has shown an ounce of good customer service. No empathy, no apology for my poor experience, and not one person seems like they actually want to help; it comes across like I'm an annoyance, and it's a chore. I understand that delivery is out of your control; however, if you choose to use a certain company for delivery, you must take some level of responsibility, and it's just basic customer service to apologise and offer some empathy, surely!?
It's been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend, and will not use going forward.
Great sweet selection
Great sweet selection, good deals, quick dispatch/delivery. The only let down for me was i bought 1.75 kg of sweets and they were rammed into a bag too small so all were very squashed all for the sake of not using 2 bags, I've purchased the same amount from other sweet retailers who have never rammed sweets in like that, doesnt take away from how good the company and sweets are just ashame they are squashed , you wouldn't be able to gift them
