We recently engaged SwiftRelo to support our expat relocation, and the service provided was excellent. The team was professional, responsive, and ensured a smooth transition with great attention to detail. Their support made the process seamless and highly appreciated.
Swiftrelo took over our shipment from Hong Kong to Zurich after a terrible experience with another shipping company fell through. The shipment included artworks of various sizes and mediums and they handled the shipment with great professionalism taking care to pack and crate everything onsite. They were very communicative and kept us informed every step of the way, The shipment was a little delayed due to the Christmas period but this was out of their control and they worked with us to try and make everything as smooth as possible. Their agent in Switzerland was very well aquainted with the import procedures and worked with the customs to make sure there were no issues. I thoroughly recommend them for international moves.
We used them for our move from Hong Kong to uk. Terrible customer service. Too many add on charges after agreeing on a price. Extortion to pay up more huge amount of cash extra or return shipment back to Hong kong at a cost to us. Really regret using them. Please never use this company.
The quote under estimated the volume so that on the move day a new quote was prepared for 3 times the volume. The mover said that this happened often. Presumably a way to underquote. We ended up paying a lot more.
