Staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took around 5 weeks to get my part in. However, I was kept- up to date on delivery time.

Douglas and Carlos are true professionals. Their attention to detail, follow up and dedication towards the 'customer' is noteworthy and certainly speaks volume of Swimart Glenfield's approach. Swimart installed a new chlorinator, repaired a pump water leak and sorted out our pH machine. Neither the pump nor pH controller were on the original work schedule; thanks for fitting them in. Highly recommended. Cheers.
