Goods arrived but..

Goods arrived but... Test strips shipped with short lifespan. Customer Support page says to email to an address which bounces back as no longer in use... Replying to the address of the order confirmation also bounces.

Non-exsitant Customer Service

I ordered two products, only one arrived. I tried emailing the address on the order, swindon-pool-chemicals.co.uk, it bounced. SO I trying ringing, got an answerphone saying all support must be emailed. I found a different email suds-online.co.uk but got a terse reply from a chap called Luke saying all email should be directed to swindon-pool-chemicals.co.uk. A second email to swindon-pool-chemicals.co.uk also bounced. So nearly three weeks after I placed my order I am still unable to contact anyone to resolve my problem. As I last resort I will contact my credit card company for a refund that way!
