Lied about delivery date
Lied about delivery date. Product had not even been dispatched. I paid more to order from them to ensure the product would be here in time. Awful service.

No one answers the phone now!
No one answers the phone now, so you have to email them.
Sadly the emails don’t get looked at daily either.
I now have my order at the wrong address and they say it’s my fault.
(But I did email with the correct address!)
I hope they resolve this today but I’m not holding my breath !
