We were looking for a boxspring bed. Problem was that there was so much supply, it was very hard to make a choice. Swiss Sense was the first shop, that gave us really good advice on what we could best choose. So we ordered a bed there and now, one year later, we are still very happy with it. Not the cheapest, but highly recommended

I have created an order from Swiss Sense Hoorn that I have explained my situation that I do not have any mattress at my home which is really important to have a quick delivery mattress in my end. After talking with saleswomen in the store that she has confirmed that 3 business days will it take to get our mattress to our home. In the moment when we were creating the purchase order, due to some problem of payment system, the saleswomen has been informed us that the payment can be handled in the delivery day. After this purchased day, something strange to be happen.
1) We are inside of the 3th week after the purchase that the mattress did not deliver to us.
2) We made many calls to swiss sense head quarter and Hoorn branch but they do not know actually where our mattress at the moment. The worst is that they also do not know when it is going to be delivered to us.
3) In a sudden when we are inside of the second week, I have gotten an email from Swiss Sense that was saying I have to pay before otherwise I am not able to get my bed. The problem that I would be able to pay it before even the store was knowing the urgency of ours but to just be able to proceed the process, I ended up with the mattress payment in same day that email has been shared to us.
4) Today I and my husband made couple of calls and the things that still they do not know where our mattress or even they are not able to assume how much more time it is going to take.
I have lived 3 different countries before but I can say that this is the first time I am seeing that a company who sells something do even not know where their products. In the 20th centuries how can this be possible ? The delivery pipeline is not something new for the such of companies.
The store says now to us we have possibility to cancel this order without any charge but I have already spend 3 weeks with nothing. I do not recommend Swiss Sense at all. They can provide quality but they are lack of professionalism and customer - centric company.

Ordered the cool one pillows, unfortunately I only received one (instead of two) but after contacting support the 2nd one got sent without any issues. Only downside was the response time.

Glad to do business with Swiss Sense. They informed me well during the whole process, even called just before arriving. The service was excellent. On top of that I'm satisfied with the bed. Seems to be good quality.

Extremely disappointed with Swiss Sense quality and customer service.
I bought a bed frame from Swiss Sense, and within a short time the color of the wood changed and the smooth finish completely disappeared. It looks nothing like the product I purchased. I contacted customer support, and they sent a technician to inspect it. The technician confirmed that it was not caused by customer error and even told us that the product would be replaced. However, their so-called “quality department” later declined the replacement with no proper explanation.
This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that markets itself as high-quality and reliable. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse, misleading, inconsistent, and unwilling to take responsibility. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Swiss Sense.

Paid €3,000 for an oak bed that became visibly dry and damaged within days. Both store and technician confirmed it was abnormal and promised replacement. SwissSense later refused and closed the case. Complaint now filed with De Geschillencommissie Wonen.

Entire order delayed 5 times. to be delivered week 41, now best case week 4. Called 6 times, order can't be changed online, sheets can't be delivered later. They never called back, no compensation, no way to escalate to management, no apology, no proactive communication, just explaining the same story to a different person every day. If you wish to truely experience bad service, buy a bed at Swiss Sense. Never written reviews before, for this case I make an exception.
