Taking a while to ship, like it’s almost been a week now and i have not received anything that tells me it has shipped

Great service! My order was ship fast and had no problems at the customs border because shipper did everything good with papers and manifest,, Bought the vfc hkmp5a5 v2 and i am extremely happy with it.

Great communication and willingness to answer my questions in a reasonable amount of time.

Swit were very easy to deal with and the shipping was very fast and efficient. I will definitely use again. Many thanks.

This company chargerd $50 for shipping which was high but understandable when coming from acrossed the world. But I take issue with after my son saved up his money and placed his order they later emailed demanding $25 for shipping claiming "Tarriff fees" I paid the robbery fees only because my son had his heart set on the airsoft pistol for an airsoft match. Otherwise i would cancel this order.

They put products in stock that aren't actually in stock, and when I request a refund, I never hear back.

I placed an order January 21. Verified the oder January 22. Its now February 3rd. My account states waiting to ship. 632 usd. Sitting. Ive ordered from other storrs over seas and have never waited this long for an order to be shipped. First and possibly last time I order from Swit airsoft.

I currently having issues with your company over shipping costs. I recently made an inquiry about the status of my order which was placed last month. I received a reply stating additional shipping costs were needed after I have already received notice that the package has been shipped. I have already paid $53 for shipping. If any additional costs were required, that should have been disclosed at the time the order was created. I am not liable for any mistakes that have been made by your company and will not pay any further fees for shipping. If my order is not shipped promptly or my money refunded. I will report this as a fraudulent transaction to the bank.

spent 1200 on a G3 and mags. its been over a month and i never even got a shipping update. they dont respond to emails and now im pretty sure ive been scamed.

The shipping was a lot (probably from tariffs) and had to go through a couple hassles, but the product is amazing and I’m so happy with the upgrades!

I’ll do 5 I hope though the shipping is quick

This website is really cool, have all the time great replicas, a fast answer to our questions by great employes that solve all our problems in time and do thier vest for doing it.

4 stars for all of this, but not actually 5 because since 9 mounths i'm still awaiting an order, not actually honored , when i'll receives all my orders and be totaly satisfied, that will be a real pleasure to give 5 stars to Switairsoft.

Order a WT PM Makarov and it arrived in a reasonable time but had the wrong inner barrel fitted but I had a local shop instal the proper inner barrel that SWIT provided in the delivery.

I had a great experience buying from SWIT. I ordered a gas blowback Glock replica that isn't sold in the U.S. for some reason (Glock 19 Gen 4). It shipped via UPS, and once shipped, it arrived to me inside the USA within a few days. I've had Evike orders that took longer to arrive! The replica itself was delivered in perfect condition. I would do business with SWIT Airsoft again.

I was searching for the WE SVD GBB rifle. However, the steel body and wooden handguard versions were already sold out in Korea. Thanks to Chat GPT, I was able to confirm that switairsoft had it in stock. Thanks to the friendly consultation and response of the shop owner, Mr. Wei, I was able to purchase the model I wanted. He is very friendly and responds very quickly. I'm grateful for his service💯

Item was ordered but not shipped for a month until I reached out and was told that US tariffs required a different shipping method. I was sent a bill for $10, which isn't necessarily the issue, its that I was waiting for this product for weeks and assumed it had shipped 3-4 weeks prior.

This rating is with the assumption that the product will work when it arrives, I may reduce it lower if it is faulty.

Delivery /shipping charges were ridiculous. Never again.

I ordered the level 2 upgraded gbb Thompson and wow! It looks amazing straight out of the box. Not only was I impressed with the weapon quality, but the shipping was surprisingly fast (came within a couple weeks) and the package was not damaged in any way. It was very neatly wrapped and you could tell it was handled with care. Thank you SWIT Airsoft! Would 10/10 recommend SWIT Airsoft to anyone looking to buy a high quality Airsoft gun!
