MONTH no money back
Bought an iPhone 12 just before Christmas for a pick up at the store, my order was cancelled. I still haven't received my money back yet. Called the guys 3 times they said it will be sorted. All my support tickets online getting closed and I don't receive any emails... Absolute terrible service

Don't buy from switch if you value customer service.
I've got screen problems with my macbook pro 2018, went to the store in Ghent 3 months ago when my warranty was still good they told me to come back in 4 weeks because they were too busy at the moment and i'd have to leave my computer for 4 weeks before a technician could even look at it. I study webdesign everything for school is on this computer so I couldn't miss it for four weeks. Wen't back later realized my warranty expired and told them what happened they said 'we can't check that, your warranty is over you'll have to pay'. I tried sending e-mails only got an automatic answer e-mail that told me they're busy this was a month ago I've sent multiple mails no answer. My mother got fed up with this wrote a bad review on trustpilot and got an answer a day later telling her to send the macbook serial number to get further help. They didn't help us any further. I don't think we'll get my laptop fixed under warranty anymore so just a warning to people don't go to switch. You'll only get an answer by writing bad reviews about them and then they just make it appear like they'll help you to make themselves look good but they won't. I'm also quite mad a €1500 laptop doesn't work anymore after two years of use. Conclusion don't buy from them, take your business elsewhere if you value customer service!
update: I've gotten an answer today other than asking for credentials to identify my problem Switch didn't help me any further. Today someone from Switch sent me a mail asking if I still have the same question, they didn't even bother to answer that question. It took them 1.5 months to reply to multiple mails and didn't even bother to answer the question I've asked, and in the mail it said my question is closed. Another prime example of the Switch customer service that simply doesn't care.

Avoid Switch if you are entitled to VAT refunds
Avoid Switch if you are entitled to VAT refunds (diplomats or international civil servants). Despite several attempts the company refuses to communicate or refund VAT. Not a reputable retailer.
Update 2 October 2020: Despite the response below and again providing Switch with all the information no progress has been made. Meanwhile a complaint has been lodged with the Ministry of Finance for non-compliance.

Bad communication and very slow delivery
I ordered a MPB sleeve (in stock) from Switch's webshop on December 10th. By December 16th, I still had not received any shipping information and emailed the company for more information. Their customer service promised me to deliver the package by December 19th. However, at December 26th, I still had not received the package (or any shipping information) and I mailed the company again. As I did not get any answer to this message, I mailed them for the third time at December 31th. Up to today (January 7th) I have not recieved any answer from their customer service.
The bottom line: (i) Switch failed to deliver an in stock product within a MONTH; (ii) Switch customer service fails to answer to my messages within a TWO WEEK period, so I guess they deliberately ignore my issue.
Over the years, I have bought many laptops and smartphones through one of their physical stores, but after this experience, Switch lost me as a customer. I have never encountered a company that operates in such an unprofessional way and displays such a disinterest in their customers.
UPDATE: on January 13th I got a reply from Switch telling me that the package was wrongly deliverd on December 27th with a distant neighbour. I finally retrieved me package.
Bad Service and Alot of Miscommunication
So i bought my airpods here 1 year ago, Now they have a problem that 1 side is louder then the other side. I gave them in, no problem. Gave my email, phone number, adress. Waited 3 weeks, nothing. I went to the store and now they said that they wrote my email adress wrong which i spelled 2 times in the store. Okay, now i got my mail with how much its gonna cost me, And it ends up that I need to pay for 'accidental damage' ( 85 euro, they're going to replace 1 airpod ) Its not a really big problem for me but for someone else i'll imagine will be. Okay, Now i got the price to replace it. Since then its been 1 week and i havent heared anything about my airpods. I tried calling, nothing. I tried mailing, nothing. I wouldnt go and buy an apple product again in the switch, would just go to a real apple store.
Update: called said they were collecting part, the kind worker said I will get a mail when they're done. To this day nothing, this was 1 week ago.
inefficiency and non-prefessionalism
I ordered iMac Pro on September 17 through the ULB; according to the ULB purchase office the order has been passed to Switch within a few days from that date. Today -- 1 month later (!), and after several inquiries -- I learned that my order has been finally processed. From this point, the message says, there is additional 2-3 weeks delay until I will, presumably, get the thing.
I wonder what this Switch is useful for, given that if I go to the Mac website, they deliver the same thing in 1-2 days.
Poor and absolutely non-professional service. I think ULB should change the provider, and I will not make secret of this opinion.

I did go to a third party and they fixed the battery in 5 minutes.Think twice before you go here,they just want to sell and lie to you.

Won’t go there again
Bad customer service in Louizalaan 107, Brussel. Wanted to get an the Apple Watch, the blond guy keep rolling his eyes when I’ve asked him something. When I confronted him about why he is making all those faces, if I’m upsetting him with something, he said that was his face. It was probably because I got there 20 mins before closing. There was a 8% discount is you has a Basic Fit member, but nobody knew how to apply it. Will not go there again.
I will buy it from apple store without the discount, than go there again.

unaceptable client unfriendly Apple policy
The screen of my iPhone has te be replaced. Switch made me come back 3 times to finally tell me that Apple won't allow them to replace the screen. My phone should be sent to Apple (which would take a week). Some time ago Switch did already replace the screen of my iPhone. They can't give a reason why they can't do it again. Either they tell the truth, and then Apple is incredibly client-unfriendly, or Switch is lying (but I can't see why they would). I went to another Apple reseller and they immediately replaced the screen. So it seems it doesn't seem to be a problem of a strange Apple policy.
