Horrible return policy
Can't return the damn thing (iPhone) within 8 days without losing 15% of the value. Covers can't be returned at all. Never buying electronics in a physical store again.
Oh and the return policy doesn't mention that you have to take it to some technician at the outskirts of Antwerp who has to inspect the device first, making it even more difficult. And don't you dare think that they handle that for you! No, you have to go there yourself. I guess they haven't heard of postage services.
Meanwhile at Coolblue, I can buy a phone (IN their store), use it for three weeks and return it with no questions asked. You have very briefly gained and permanently lost a customer because of your unreasonable policies. I know this has to do with insurance for the retailer and whatnot, but that is not the customer's problem.
Also, thank you for the non-answer. I have seen that you edited it first to rebuke me, but after I added the part about the technician you seem to realize that your policy is indeed very unreasonable and reduced my complaint to "an opinion".
In Summary, Switch seems to be stuck in the time before web shops, and they will pay dearly for it if they don't update their business. The future is now, old man.

I bought a case Moshi for Iphone 8 plus from Woluve Shopping Center shop and this item decrease the microphone accuracy.
They change one, but the problem remain the same.
Ask for refund , 10 emails, two persons from contct service , Mr. Frédéric Kevers and Ms.Veronique Willemswich, disscus in flemish one to each other about my ticket, but NO ANSWER to me, whatsoever.
Not good after sales service.
