Honest review

We had many obstacles to overcome when installing a business broadband into our Before/after school club. All the way through this process from November until February, we had the same point of contact within SwitchAid. Jack Luck could not have done more to help. He religiously kept me updated on almost a weekly basis so I knew what was happening. Merit should be given where it is due and his contact with me made this whole process easier to deal with.

Excellent Service

We are a church and arranged a broadband contract via SwitchAid. Having had the router and ancillary equipment delivered, we were required to set it all up. Whilst this appeared a daunting prospect, via a ‘Teams’ call, Lee talked us through the process. His guidance was perfect and enabled everything to be set up and put into working order without difficulty. We are new customers, but based on the experience to date, we would definitely recommend them……a massive improvement in service when compared with our previous provider - and they got us a better provision at a lower cost. Definitely 10 out of 10.

I’ve been with these guys for getting…

I’ve been with these guys for getting on 10yrs, and the service is just always the best. They go above and beyond all the time. Such a smooth process, honest and upfront and it’s really refreshing to have such fantastic customer service.
Kim and Nathan are both great and a pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciate their help

Incredibly helpful and professional

Nathan was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish with renewing our charity mobile phone contract and extending with new lines. He liaised with the provider, managed all of the arrangements, and kept me updated throughout.

Exceptional Support for Small Charities and Organisations

You speak to people not bots

The team were super helpful and responsive when I had an issue even when it wasn't their fault!
We tried other providers but it there were a lot of options but little guidance, having a person on the end of the phone walk us through the process was a huge bonus. I be happy to recommend them
