We have used this company since starting renovations on our cottage and have found their service and quality of products excellent. We have had 1 faulty item out of 40 and a replacement was with us the next working day. Visitors always comment on how nice our sockets/light switches look and would not think about using anyone else, however we have nearly finished our renovations. After this delivery, we only have 2 rooms out of 12 left to renovate. Thank you Switchtowood.

The products are really excellent, strong, study and look so good. We have just completed a self-build house in an Arts and Crafts style and they are the finishing touches that make all the difference. We get many lovely comments on them. Well worth the price. The sales staff are very helpful indeed. We have ordered about 4 different times and delivery was exceptionally fast. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the switches (bought a 4gang, 2gang and 2x 1gangs of the Bakelite model. They look great and were easy to install. Very satisfying click when used. The instructions were handy (pictures would have been a nice touch for those in a hurry). Overall, pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

I have been restoring a Victorian listed building and have reinstated a number of period features which were removed by previous owners. This work has included fitting power sockets and light switches from Switchtowood which have added great character to the property. Six star service, but... don't buy the cheaper lines.

Ordered a double dolly switch mounted on oak. The wood part is robust and nicely finished. The electrical switches alas are not so robust: they are fixed to the front plate with very small plastic tabs, which are easily broken when tightening the electrical connections.

Contacted customer service, who promptly dealt with the problem, providing a return label and a full credit for the switch against the equivalent in a higher electrical spec line which also has much better mechanical fastening of the switches to the front plate. It's also quite expensive...
