Talk about shrinkflation

Talk about shrinkflation. The refreshers used to be great. Now they are just a flat strip that the wrappers are impossible to get off. Spend ages trying to pick it off. Refreshers used to be bright yellow, now they are a horrible grey colour that look inedible. I will not be buying anything else from swizzels. They are just taking the piss with their products and laughing at their customers!!!

Today I opened a fruity pop and I was really
excited to eat my Swizzels Fruity Pop because they’re usually one of my favourite lollies. But when I opened it, it was incomplete and missing part of the lolly, which was really disappointing. It didn’t feel fair because I paid for a whole lolly and didn’t get one. It also kind of ruined the fun of having a treat. I hope this doesn’t happen again because I normally like Swizzels, but this made me sad and annoyed. When I opened my fruity pop and I only got half of it and it hadn’t broke because it would be in the packet but it wasn’t so I had to eat half a fruity pop 😮‍💨 I know they are made in factory’s and they can’t help it but I’m disappointed 😞 I was just saying this so you know you might get 1/2 a Lolly pop and your not to disappointed. I am only 11 but I’m very frustrated 😣.

Fast and reliably good!

I’ve ordered many times now from Swizzels, can’t fault them. We usually order the personalised mini love hearts and they always go down so well. Customer service is fab, super fast delivery and always get little freebies.

Great Experience

Easy to order and pay and delivery was as they said 48hrs, nature of order just treats for walking I ordered 3kg bag of love heart mini and 3kg refresher mini bars. Got one free treat bag and one free skids bar all ready tried and tested product yummy as ever, very well packaged from a family run local business will absolutely order again. Thank you to all involved in my order.

Customer services - Fantastic.

After making an error myself (not reading the delivery information provided!) and for making a last minute panic buy for our wedding, less than a week away... I called Swizzels contact number on their website, they answered straight away, popped me through to the appropriate department, the lady was extremely understanding and helpful! Within 30 minutes of my call, I received an email to say it had been dispatched! Thank you SO MUCH! Fantastic service (Just as my colleague previously received, which is why I ordered in the first place)

Two months waiting and not even an apology!

Placed on order on 3rd February, 2 months ago. After contacting their customer service team the second time, they attached a screenshot of the tracking saying it was delivered. I had to then email them back explaining it wasn't and a screenshot from the tracking company to which they told me to contact swizzels.
I then received an email (promptly I must say) to which I would receive a refund......no apology, no remark, very blunt. I will never order off this company again!

Fast dispatch and delivery (delivered within 48 hours of order) - I ordered a hamper online and it was well packaged (in a sealed box with bubble wrap) and I was pleased with the quality of the gift box, the amount of sweets and the personalisation. Very happy!

Absolutely brilliant customer service…

Absolutely brilliant customer service when an error I'd made on labels needed rectifying.

Sarah was incredibly helpful and very much understanding. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much!

Great service, great products and a little bit of love heart. Thank you again!

Contaminated Products

Contacted them about contaminated products
Foreign bodies / objects in the Ice pops, some are hard to see, and others are very obvious big black blobs.
I can see that both emails I sent were read, but no response at all, they don't seem bothered about contaminated products in circulation, if I have a box of 28, with quite a few contaminated, I wonder if others are. The Food Standards Agency certainly are concerned, foreign bodies in the products is bad enough, ignoring customers twice makes it even worse.

Cancelled order

Over one week after placing an order of sweets for Christmas for the kids, I get a refund. No email apologizing, no explanation, just a cancelled order and a refund. Very poor service.

Ordered a valentine's gift box for my…

Ordered a valentine's gift box for my partner who lives in Germany. Ordered on the 30th Jan. Was not able to track the parcel. Had to email Swizzles twice to find out the parcel was being returned. Was told it wouldn't make it for valentine's day and that was it. I had to keep chasing to ask if they would redespatch, as it was ok if it was late. Had to chase twice, now I'm told they will, but it's already valentine's day. Still waiting for a tracking, chasing for this too. Not once did they apologise. I would never dream of not apologising to my customers if this happened to any of them. Essentially they just don't care.

Do not buy

Avoid, got £20 worth of swizzels rubbish, all had to be binned as unable to open any of them due to being stuck to packets, total waste of money, never again.

Avoid!!!

Purchased over £60 worth of sweets, was told it would be delivered within 3 - 4 days. Its been 3 weeks now, I've contacted customer service and they can find my order number. Very poor customer care. Essentially I've been scamed. Do not buy from swizzels!
