I have had a number of bags from Swolit and I have never been disappointed. My last bag was a Navy bag but its so dark it appears black BUT I'm keeping it as it is excellent quality for the price.

Returns policy needs work

I ordered a bag which was unsuitable and had to be returned.
I telephoned for a returns label a few times nothing came.i decided to pay postage myself and managed to get there address online. This was delivered by royal mail on 23rd Dec and signed for.I have the receipt of postage.
NO REFUND HAS APPEARED.Like a previous customer you have no way of getting any response.I will steer well clear in future

SCAM

THIS IS FAKE BRAND THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY!

My order never arrived, and I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them on WhatsApp and Instagram, but I have had no RESPONSE

REFUND ME PLEASE!!!!!!!
