Horrible service
I’m waiting since lat week my parcel from HM, that should be delivered by your company! Delivery should be on 27.11.2021. Since this date I have not recieved it! And date of delivery is changing every day! No customer service to complain or ask status of delivery! Horrible service! Especially you work with big companies! La poste works better! As I can track delivery on each step!!! I will never use and advise to use your company!!!
Delivery should be 2-4 days. Parcel was sent on 25th November
