So far the internet service is wonderful, there’s 3 phones and a tv and a computer on doing something all the time and it never slows down, Clancey and his partner were extremely respectful, and had it up and going within about an hour. I 100% recommend giving Swyft fiber a shot!

Swyft Internet gets my highest praise, which I don’t give often or lightly! Signup and installation were a breeze. The installer, Perry, was the best! Sure beats the heck out of AT&T, but of course it wouldn’t take much to beat the worse telecommunications company in the world.
I contacted Zachary with Swyft & he made getting started a breeze. Scheduled for install quickly. Clancy & Leslie came out for the installation. They swiftly and accurately installed the line/router/box. They were very informative & gave an opportunity for questions, which were answered. I am pleased with my experience with the crew & service thus far. We are thankful to have this internet available in our area.
The installer arrived early, that was fantastic, except that I had just woke up and was not ready to communicate. I have no idea what his name is. He did not give me a briefing on his plan. He just started on the project and I walked off to tend to a personal matter. I was not watching him for the first 20 minutes. When I finished my business and approached him I discovered he had drilled a hole through my wood floor. I told him it needed to be in the wall, but he said he couldn't do that. I told him to hold on and I went outside and got my tools. I did the work! There was already an old phone line, a cable from DirecTv, and another set of wires, but he couldn't figure out how to run his wire next to those. So I did it. Then I let him finish up. Now, I am left with a whole in my floor that I need to replace. It's too soon to comment on the actual internet service. I already had Starlink, it was good except for the price and the time of signal loss between satellites.
Great service, Chad was our technition and was very professional and friendly . he did a great job and informed us of everything we need to do to work our new system...

My tech person came to install my internet and was very nice. josh H. Explained what he would be doing where would I like the install done and did I have any questions. Josh was great and did a fantastic job, he was fast. And everything was done right I am very happy with the install and the fast internet service. Five stars from me and I will recommend to friends and family.

Jan 10 was supposed to be the installation date. Then it was the 16,19,26 and now it’s the 29th at 347pm when the arrival time was 12… customer service is the worst, they barely rarely answer the phone, I was on wait for 32mins one time till I hung up. So far Swyft fiber is not looking like it’s going to be a fun 2-3years.
I had Internet from satellite company because of the rural area. Then fiber is the way faster and stress free because DONT have to worried that your data going be used up. NOT NO MORE. I was paying 134.00 a month and now 71.99. install took less then 20 min and really all done from outside. They come to plug the hard ware up and leave.

From the very first interaction with Ethan, we felt heard and understood. Then, when Chad arrived, we knew we had made the correct decision. We know that all service providers ~ phones, TV, internet, run into snags, but we've been especially unhappy when we're treated like morons. The current provider said they would connect us to a 'technician', then a kid came on the line and expected us to believe that the "sun is shining on the satellites, so reception was poor". Chad did an exceptional job on BOTH houses, and we're really happy with our speedy service. He seems very knowledgeable and even stopped by after a few days to check on us. Thank God, and Bless you all.
